db721The reading always feels computer generated or modified. The reading always feels computer generated or modified. Which is very hard to listen to. You need to have a male host too. :)

pufhhyffghWishI would like the episodes to be longer.

InredibleMrHDependableLately, I’ve been on the lookout for a daily podcast that provides a concise overview of the day’s most noteworthy events, and I’ve found Reuters World News to be one of the more reliable. The delivery is fairly direct and unimpassioned.

Democratic editorsLeftist derangementThis show cannot report without bias that is far left. Reporters can name the company of the rocket that strands 2 astronauts, but can’t mention that SpaceX and Elon are bringing them home. It is also convenient. They left out how Biden didn’t want SpaceX to rescue them until after the election because of public opinion.

SuperReviewerGuy9000Wrong dates on episodesEpisode dates seem to get shifted a day later the day after they're published. It's really annoying because I sometimes fall behind on my podcasts, and I like listening to them all in order. Just keep the dates to what the actual dates they were published on were.
-
Diamondcharm31Leftist reportingI come here to listen to what leftist reporters say.
-
SP8380Grossly biasedNot balanced reporting. Reuters presents itself as being grossly biased, referring to anyone or any position they don’t agree with as “far-right.” Gross.
-
another RJFAnti-Trump Bias11/10/2024: “ Donald Trump is stacking his administration with loyalists…” All chief executives - presidents/governors/ mayors appoint “loyalists” to their cabinets - as much as politicians can be loyal to anyone besides themselves. It’s shameful for Reuters reporters/editors to insert their personal biases into the news. Rename it Reuters World Opinion podcast instead of the Reuters World News podcast.
-
Anne00RiLeft ward shiftI like my news to be relayed to me as is, with out the opinion of a reporter or the media house trying to manipulate my opinion. I liked Reuter news because of its neutrality and objectivity in reporting news stories, that set it apart from many major news outlets that chose to pick sides either left or right. Recently however I find myself dismayed and frustrated at the progressive left ward shift in Reuter’s coverage of news stories all over the world. Will unfollow.

Mantis79Left Bias NOT NEWSOut of all new organizations I expected Reuters to avoid the leftist bias, but that’s not the case. Journalism is dead.

CrashAgainDefinitely Biased - CAUTION!If you like one-sided, biased news, then this is your source. However, if you can ignore the biased political reporting, there is some decent reporting on other topics. Update: The biased reporting is getting worse as we approach the US presidential election. What’s wrong with fair coverage for both candidates? Time to unfollow the show.

NYC22splWas a big fanPolitical coverage is terribly biased. Impossible to look past. Same for foreign affairs. Run-of-thr-mill Western takes

midwestBlue7.31.24Propublica just broke this story of their investigation: Trump is using his media company to allow rich donors to buy a piece of Trump and reap the benefits in the form of government contracts and tax breaks if he gets elected again. The investigative reporting connects the new “Trump TV” to a streaming technology company in Melania’s home country (Slovenia) and to a rich Republican donor who had made millions off his relationship with Trump already.

FwbtravelerUS politics is not accurateI like the 10 minute format of world news, but their coverage of US politics is on the left and inaccurate. Currently, finding an outlet for unbiased news is hard to find.
-
brehmomemtUnbiasedSearch Reuters up on bias rating sites if you want. They are the most credible/unbiased news source I have seen so far. MUCH, MUCH better than what you'd see on hyperbiased "news" sources like Fox News, CNN, or heck, The New York Times.
-
ShayflaxmanBiased newsPromoting and supporting radicals, Antisemitism wokeness and communism.

JTBramwellMarch 6 Daily News/Ad DisconnectGot the worst whiplash today after listening to the segment on UN declaring famine in Gaza that was immediately followed by a Wholefoods ad on deals 🥴
-
PersonalGeniusGaza BiasThe reporting on the genocide in Gaza is strongly biased in favor of Israel. They didn't even mention the carpet bombing in Rafah during the Super Bowl, but they did method that troops successfully rescued an elderly hostage. You know, one of the ones that Netanyahu could have had released if he agreed to a ceasefire.

KeladaviMy go-to for news during election yearI can’t tolerate US media news during election years. I go to Reuters to stay informed of current events without hype or bias. Thank you Reuters.
-
Stranger on EarthReal NewsI’m amazed by the brevity and accuracy of the news Reuter provide through this medium. It’s difficult to find news to trust nowadays but Reuter pay attention to deliver real news at this time.

DarciNanaBack for good.I had Reuters channel on my TV for a long while and then stopped the subscription. I was subscribed to the Wall Street Journal for a couple years and grew tired of the garbage reporting. Now I’m back with Reuters and once again feeling like I’m actually getting the information I need to make informed decisions. Thank you Reuters!

dfvghvbIt’s one thing to read a story, another to hear it come to lifeI only recently started reading Reuters News when the war started in Ukraine and was blown away by the depth and quality of their coverage. But it wasn't until I started listening to the Reuters World News podcast that I truly felt like I was right there on the ground with their reporters. The sounds recorded by the journalists create a unique atmosphere that really helps to bring the stories to life. It's one thing to read about a conflict, but it's quite another to hear gunfire, explosions, and people shouting. I find myself feeling a greater sense of empathy and connection to the people affected by these events.

Lisa ShumakerExceptional and trusted informationIf you want a comprehensive and unbiased podcast that delves deep into the top stories of the day, then you will love Reuters World News. Reuters has been my No.1 choice for news for years and a trusted source of information. The podcast is an extension of their exceptional journalism and gives a more nuanced perspective on the issues. The podcast covers a diverse range of topics, from political developments to economic indicators and cultural news. Its 10-minute format makes it convenient to listen to while making breakfast, commuting or working out. I really hope they eventually expand the podcast and offer dedicated shows on topics such as climate change and U.S. news.
