V.OakleyMy favorite podcastMy favorite podcast ever I’ve been watching her mukbangs on YouTube for years then I found her podcast I’ve listened every one and just sit and wait every week for another to drop. M.O.T.S is my second favorite but I really miss the B.A.M podcast.

budu$$yThis is my favorite PodcastThis is the best true crime podcast out there. Stephanie is very informative and does a good job at talking about cases I haven’t heard of before. It’s always something new with this podcast. It keeps me busy on my long car drives and while I’m at work. 10/10 would recommend .

BookwormadalineNeed more podcast like thisStephanie’s storytelling is truly exceptional. Her scripting and narration skills are so captivating that even sponsor segments become engaging. Unlike many podcasts that romanticize killers, she prioritizes and honors the victims by sharing their stories with so much respect and empathy. Not only that but Rotten Mango stands out for its exploration of international cases and diverse content. Overall, I rate the podcast 1000/10. I love your work, Stephanie, and aspire to be as amazing as you!

____zamasu____Many, many, many things wrong!!!I’ve been watching Stephanie on YouTube for a little while, maybe for a few months at most, and in the beginning I was hooked, watching episode after episode while walking to the store or while cleaning. Contrary to most of the other bad reviews I’ve read, I don’t find Stephanie’s voice to be annoying and I don’t think she talks that fast but it absolutely grinds my gears when her husband speaks. He adds nothing of value and it just seems like he’s not paying attention half of the time, not a whole lot going on up there it appears… I know he’s her life partner but she could benefit from having a more engaged cohost. What annoys me though, is when she does the baby voice when she’s talking from the point of a child, it’s strange.. My other gripe is the very odd ad placement, and the frequency of them. Most YouTubers I know put them in the beginning of the video, like deadmeat for example, they always do their ads in the beginning and they’re just covering fictional media, not cases about real people! It just feels extremely inappropriate and insensitive, and frankly downright disgusting. I will continue to listen and watch Stephanie but she needs to do better.

Jennyjenn959Well doneI like the style of the story telling. I can tell the research is well done. Just please stop using SA and the R word- just say what it is. I don’t think it does any justice for the victims to water down what was done to them. If we are choosing to speak of these crimes, we should not be allowed to make it more palatable for ourselves to say or hear- being sexually assaulted or raped is not palatable to those that have experienced it and it is not okay for the world to try and make it so.
-
barklpoliEhI love Stephanie but this podcast is so boring it just seems like she’s reading a book, I immediately unfollowed.
-
BdhdurhdujdhrMy new favoriteI been listening to podcasts for years mainly true crime. I use to love S&S TCO & crime junkie. This podcast stands out from the rest because the host starts off each episode painting the scene for the story she’s about to tell. The way she tells the stories are very well researched and done in such a respectful tone for the victims. Such an amazing podcast

Anonymous Human1Love the pod please post more often if possible.I love love love the episodes but my only qualm is the fact that it’s so good and she doesn’t post enough lol. I love the deep dives and everything about this podcast but queen… WE NEED MORE EPISODES!!!!🙂
-
gmcm1995Im lost?Im sorry but she started talking about one thing, jump to another story and then another and another and another… I don’t understand why?! Why the Reddit story in the beginning?
-
bettertospeak!Something has changedSomething about her storytelling has changed. It’s like for some of more recent cases she doesn’t have enough information to fill of a full episode (this is not to me criticism the cases). As someone who is so thorough will your approach, Her storytelling has diminished in quality and it gets kind of annoying when you can pick up on “filler”, almost irrelevant, information.

Moon FlowereLong time listenerI love love LOOVE all of Stephanie’s episodes

alexpaulanthonywood10 out of 10One of my fav podcasts these days. Stephanie’s cute girly pop voice telling the darkest true crime stories, in detail, is super iconic. PLUS she talks to you like she’s your friend and humanizes the victims really well. I love this show. I also love her husband he always says what I’m thinking & asks all the right questions. Beautiful power couple I hope this show is successful for many years
-
JustanotheranimefanAwesomeeeeeeI started listening/watching true crime cuz of Stephanie, her podcast is awesome and she gives us a detailed and descriptive breakdown of cases, definitely an awesome podcast
-
Rahindabull34It is good but there are a lot of adsThe coverage is good and the grief is shown for the victims and their families. There are a lot of ads, sometimes have to endure or skip a good 2-3 minute, so 4 star instead of 5

geraldandgurtudeBest Podcast Ever! This is probably the only podcast and/or channel I actually want to listen more and more of. Stephanie gets straight to the point and adds mysterious details at the beginning to really immerse you into the stories, and set the vibe. A lot of people keep mentioning how they have a hard time listening to some of her podcasts, due to it being graphic and such— but in every episode, near the beginning, she clearly warns the viewers about the topics about to be mentioned in the episode. Stephanie is clear with explaining, and fact checks ALL of her information, including speaking with professional translators and more. And just in case you’re a bit confused at a part, her husband usually questions her at the perfect parts. Anyways, amazing podcast with amazing people!

💕brenerWell done.Your United CeO is the most thorough telling I have heard, by far. This is your strength.

🥥🌊🐚🌺😻😻😻I LOVEEEE rotten mango, she’s changed so much thru the years and she seems like she’s doing alottt better either way respecting the case and her audience, I’m listening to the silence of the lambs episode rn( because I’m being impatient and im waiting for a new current episode)and there’s so many differences that I’ve noticed, I’m so proud of how she’s managed to make her podcast entertaining, but also educational and extremely classy, I love this podcast litteraly sooo much, I watch all 3 of her podcasts and there amazing, keep up the good work Stephanie+ her crew! Ps. If you ever in the history of ever read this, I LOVE YOU AHHHH🤍🤍🤍🙀🙀🙀🙀

taylorgirl12changed so much in the past yearthis show used to be so good but now it’s just so graphic, and i can’t handle listening anymore. all of the stories are super recent with no closure, and incredibly graphic. i understand this is down to give exposure to more violent cases the media skipped over, but the amount of detail is excessive.
-
Lch1994!!!Sell outI used to like listening to her podcast but now the ads are so long and there’s so many. Don’t know when the story is even ending because she throws in ads right away
-
Amani alharkanLove yallI listen to this pod everyday ur stories are great the way u explain gives me the chills and I love it I wish ur husband could talk more and ask questions most of the time when he’s asking I understand more details anyway thx I love this pod keep onnn

ickessOkSeems like it could be interesting for some, but was a bit too scattered for me. I would have enjoyed a more streamlined informational episode with a clearer focus.

Kristato1998Soo amazing! My friend introduced me to Stephanie a year ago and I was immediately hooked! Her ability to recount these tragic events with such clarity and respect is beautiful. I adore how kind she is toward these victims and able to deliver these details—no matter how gruesome—in a way that is thoughtful, empathetic, and neutral with enough emotion to understand and *feel* how heavy some of these topics are. Her level of detail is staggering, and she shares everything neutrally without choosing sides. Her disclaimers at the beginnings of episodes that are extremely heavy are always so kind. She is easily one of my favorites to both listen to as well as watch on YouTube when the videos are uploaded. Her expressions and the way she speaks isn’t too slow or too fast, she doesn’t make out with her microphone, and I love that the way it’s set up is that she’s telling these stories to her then fiancé and now husband. Her insights are well-thought. I recommend her plus her other channels as well! Thank you, Stephanie for the content! 🥰❤️

GymmllRotten MangoI’m relatively new to podcasts, I’ve been listening for about 16 months. I have a vast library. Listening to shows that are in a sense repetitive in nature I found myself burning out. Then along came Rotten Mango’s. Your show is fabulous, whatever awards they give out for Podcasting. My vote goes to you, enjoy your “Golden Microphone” and thank you!

Elizabeth SotoGet to the factsI love Stephanie but lately there’s been a lot of inclusion from random neticizens?? I just want to hear the facts, not hear some randos from Reddit.

🐆🐎🐕🐩🐈🐅🐅🐅Wonderful tellingThere are so many things to love about this podcast! One, I really appreciate the warnings in the beginning of the episode giving you an idea of what the episode is going to be about. Two, the way she tells the story is amazing, I almost cried during the Joker mass murder case. I also appreciate how if she takes a week or two off, the next week you’ll have at least 2-3 new episodes to listen to with a few days, though, I do wish she would update B.A.M. just a little more. I also really enjoy her other podcast, Moral Of the Story. This is really such a great podcast!

diva12191995Great storytellingWas waiting for the Luigi episode to drop!! Think it’s really telling how vocal your hubby is on this one. Love your journalistic integrity

Barbacoa on SundaysRotten Mango mega fanMy daughter turned me on to Rotten Mango. I am so glad she did. Stephanie is extremely well spoken. Her research is outstanding. Well rounded in her presentation and quite a story teller. I recommend this podcast to everyone I know. Veronica

talk to me 25UHC CEO - updateMaking this person a sympathetic character with unvetted stories is a gross attempt to gain followers without verification. You are acting without any accountability. You are clearly trying to be an activist reporter rather than a podcaster. Be careful of the information you put out there. You are part of the reason insurance employees are requesting security.

StephyappleLoves itI absolutely love how Stephanie tells every story, her voice, how witty she talks about every detail and how she incorporates different stories that correlate with the actual story is very mind stimulating. Even the ads are entertaining and every product offer is more interesting than the next. Everything about this podcast is good. Loves it!!!!
-
Erin 0206Miss the old storiesWas my favorite pod but lately everything feels like an attempt to get more listeners, too many recent cases with no real information. I miss the “but there’s a really great book on this” days
-
dnicolee114Fav but so much ads!):I love this pod & been listening for years. I love how it’s stories outside the US and dif cultures rather than the popular US ones. But the ads are so long and they seem to be getting longer as every episode comes out/: like I get the bag but they’re so excessive idk if it’s just me

neo12677Ok show but lectures her listenersShe is a good story teller but it’s always a little lecture in every show about diversity or minorities or how bad men are or how they treat women. This is like the politics of the view telling stories and interjecting their crazy world view which is odd that telling stories has made her a millionaire who dates an asian also but lecturing us on diversity and how bad America is to everyone.
