I love Jesus and I’m a huge fan of Craig and his church, but it feels like 60% of this content is marketing. Focus on the value.

My family and I began attending Life.Church in Wellington, FL after we visited their fall festival. The fall festival was such a warm, welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging event. We were welcomed with open arms, food, beverages, amazing staff and volunteers, and our 11 year old daughter had a blast with all the different activities for the children. The first Sunday we attended, I was in awe of the music. It is so loud, so powerful, so inspirational, so convicting, and the members of the band are so deeply passionate when they sang. When the sermon started, I was taken by surprise that the message was delivered on a big screen by Pastor Craig, and not the lead pastor of this location. Although surprised, I was very intrigued as so many are, by Pastor Craig’s delivery and effectiveness of his message. When we left that sermon, my wife and I looked at each other and said “We are coming back.” I looked at my daughter and she was smiling and said, “Daddy I love it, let’s come here every Sunday.” As a father in the midst of learning to lead my family through faith, that was all I needed to hear and we now attend every Sunday. Since attending Life.Church, I’ve learned more about Pastor Craig and discovered his leadership podcast. While listening to some episodes here and there, I have now begun to start my day at 4:30 AM, with 45 minutes of worship in the Bible App, followed by a 2 mile walk listening to most recent and prior episodes. My core values are so aligned with Pastor Craig’s perspective, both spiritually and personally, and I am really thankful to have learned about Life.Church and this Podcast. My family and I appreciate the work, dedication, selflessness and sacrifices that are made to consistently deliver his message in such a powerful way. Thank you Pastor Craig for being the leader you are, and bringing your leadership to millions of others like myself, you make us better. God Bless 🙏

His teaching and teaching style is fantastic. He does not waste time and provides massive value. It has helped me exponentially.

This podcast is an amazing tool for leaders. It is highly concentrated for such a short amount of time. They don’t overproduce the episodes, and I appreciate that they don’t try to make too many episodes to quickly. It keeps the information relevant and it doesn’t feel like they are just grabbing at the air trying to come up with something to talk about.

These episodes have helped guide me through running a small business. I own a small woman owned business. We perform general contracting. I have no background in business or marketing. Only civil engineering, and hands on construction. So listening to Craig has really helped me as a leader. He has also helped me work my 2 employees into leadership roles for the company. I am grateful for the information.

Since the day I accepted Jesus Christ, he’s gone from my pastor to one of my favorite Christ centered leadership coaches from afar! Thank you for being the man that God is created you to be and who was there all alone before you knew who you were in Jesus Christ! I often feel completely inadequate as a leader in my organization. Podcasts like Criag’s have helped me grow in my leadership tremendously. My favorite aspect of Criag’s podcast is that there is a biblical foundation for his messaging, his thoughts are filtered through the gospel. The business world is a dark place so being able to learn in the light is exactly what I need to move forward with my God-given purpose.

I love Craig’s passion for leadership and his guests with different perspectives. I’ve learned from someone as young as Sadie Robertson and enjoy her views to many others who are closer to my age but offer different experiences and insights. I was so disappointed to see you endorsing this chiropractor who fraudulently refers to himself as a physician. It is dangerous to embrace someone who sells non-evidenced based medical advice, as so many people trust in your guidance as our pastor. As a medical doctor, I fear how many patients will not trust the sound medical advice of their physicians due to pod casts like this. I pray that you would consider your influence on your congregation, and far reaching influence to others with the leaders you choose to follow and support.

Dear Craig, I am a HVAC/refrigeration technician aspiring to one day hopefully become manager. I got the suggestion to listen to your podcast from my regional manager (my boss’s boss) last fall and finally got caught up listening to all the episodes about 2 weeks ago. I must admit that I am grateful and admire such a large amount of positive and useful content. You speak loud and clear, are very articulate and even repeat yourself often which I find particularly helpful since I am a French Canadian, English not being my native language. Sadly, I couldn’t say the same about every one of your guests, which is the reason why I am writing to you today. In yesterday’s episode with Jamie Kern Lima, I couldn’t understand even half of what she was saying , this time again, same as during her previous interview on your show. I believe this was due to either low quality equipment or poor internet connection but in any case, I was particularly sad to not be able to comprehend that lady, whom I believe has a tremendous amount of knowledge, experience and intelligence to communicate. Thanks to the leader guide though, I still got to catch up on the essential part of her teaching. When I started listening to this podcast, I was in a frustrating and discouraging season of waiting. I didn't have the opportunities or influence I desired, and overall, I was very unhappy in my role in the organization I was in.
