This show would be perfect if it weren't for Ego, the living DJ. When Freestyle music is the focus, the show is bearable. When the show shifts into Ego's tirade of endless drama followed by some artists said this or artists were complaining about that, that's when it's all ruined. This could have easily been a 5-star review if it only kept to the music, which, honestly, are the best new music in this genre.

If you haven’t been up to date and just getting back to listening to freestyle this podcast is a must to have. Current, quality, music. Plus the intros with snippets is a treat for me. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

No one has pushed for new quality Freestyle like CPR Jose Ortiz and his Clubhouse Dance Music Show and Podcast. There's not even a distance second when it comes to Freestyle shows that introduce new talent to their audience or even has a creditable countdown of the latest and greatest in the Freestyle music genre. If all you want to hear are songs like Dream Boy Dream Girl, then is not probably not the show and/or podcast for you. But if you are a true Freestyle music fan that's interested in what's out there now, then look no further than CPR Jose Ortiz and the only Freestyle Music Countdown that Matters.

There is too much distortion. The levels are off, and will damage your speakers. I have reached out to Jose, but he has ignored my observation. Your speakers will be damaged.

I love this podcast!!! Growing up in the Bronx in late 80's and early 90's, this music was the soundtrack of my life. Freestyle music becomes a part of you and allows you to experience your emotions, dreams, and hopes with vivid enhancement. I have so many memories tied to Freestyle; my first love, heartbreaks, celebration, and the list goes on. The music is quality and wholesome, not the mainstream substandard stuff on the radio now. I am so glad that Jose Ortiz dedicates himself to provide tribute to the genre and give artists the opportunity to evolve the music. He balances the podcast to give listeners classics as well as brand new freestyle additions. It's awesome seeing that our favorite stars are making new tracks, as well as up and coming youngsters. He offers this podcast weekly and it has become a fixture in my life, Jose is like a part of my family now. Allow yourself the opportunity to become a part of the Freestyle culture. You will see just how transcending the music is. It will enhance your emotional adventures in life and bring a smile to your face on a weekly basis. Spread the word and help Freestyle reign supreme!

CPR brings the listeners quality freestyle. He tries to keep freestyle alive by promoting and helping the newer artists in the genre. 90.7 WTCC is a great place to listen to the music we have all loved for so many years. I enjoy his interviews/and Top 10 countdown, as well as all the mixes he sends out. He truly helps to support this industry, and does it well. He is well prepared for his show, which is the biggest plus. Some may not agree with him, and I may not all the time, but I respect what he does and how he does it. Great podcasts!

We're you can listen to Clubhouse dance music every Friday from 10 pm to 12am CPR has dedicated his time for 20 yrs. to bring you nothing but the best of clubhouse dance music, I look forward to his top 10! I enjoy learning about this genre his knoweldge about freestyle is very interesting he is defiantly one who does his homework, ( a good dj knows there stuff) cpr is very experianced when it comes to interviewing artists he is a great interviewer he has the ability to create anticipation that leaves you to want more. I luv his honest criticism! Some may find what he has to say offensive he's known as the Howard stern of freestyle.. Lol but he is only trying to present to his listeners good Quality dance music, not eveyone has to be discreet dj or a boring Dj or a clown!! Cpr points out to his listeners the good and the bad in production of GOOD quality music the real and the fake when it comes to people and this Indy. lol he keeps it interesting why settle for anything less?
