I love Jake, but the sound of TC’s voice makes me want to unalive myself.

Still weekly listening after many years. Has lost its fastball a bit since about half of each episode is their version of parent corner from the Simmons podcast.

…from the Sartain episode, I learned that my mom and dad were right about 90% of common sense items and if we had a sense of shame in the West, societies mistakes of the last 80 years or so wouldn’t have happened. Could not agree more - thanks!

Arrogance in ignorance

In episode 958 we got some therapy from “Non-professionals.” I am in therapy at the moment so I can understand the context of the first part of this episode. We all have our story in our life and the way we grew up. TC, yours is unique to you. So, your totally justified for trying to figure out how your story fits into everything that is going on in your life now. I appreciate that you’re trying to talk this out and make sure you’re not “nuts” for thinking the way you do. Keep up the content and moving forward. You’re grinding like the rest of us. Jake, you too! Thank you for the content.

It’s a good show with one main problem. TC’s constant use of the word like. The man is a genius but utters that word “like” like every like minute! It makes me want to go run into 635 traffic. Been a longtime listener and I love Jake & TC. It’s so cool how long they have been doing this from pre kiddos to now. They cover current topics, talk about their lives, talk about randomness, and have a great banter. But like TC like just like cool it like on the likes…Like OK?

I’m addicted to this podcast damnit! These guys banter is great (no pun intended). I started with the free shows and finally broke down and subscribed to their Patreon too. Keep up the good work guys!

I’m a 21 year old P1 that’s been listening to yalls podcast for a few years now. I really like both you guys and can definitely tell that y’all have a younger demographic that listens to you. My only issue is that y’all seem to force some of your liberal ideas into your Podcasts. I recognize that both of you bring up good points and have helped open my mind to different areas. Personally as a conservative I could live without the political talk. I’ll still listen to every podcast but at times I just have to shut it off. Hope y’all get your own show on the ticket soon though!!!

Jake and TC can go from Complicated Geopolitics to Weird horse porn stories to In depth, intelligent sports analysis and then go off on tangents about whether QBs have larger members than the population at large and leave you feeling like this is all completely normal.

It's funny, it's insightful, it's bizarre, it's just banter. Listen once and forsake all other podcasts.

Been a weekly listener for years. Widely marketable to anyone interested in social issues and political topics with a little sports here and there. Only reason it's not 5 stars is when conversations do get political, it is one side and that side only.
