Monday are a comic book focused episodes: Monthly Comics Spotlights with a discussion of current comics, Back Issue Spotlights covering comic book story arcs from years past or Legion Spotlight focusing on the Legion of Super-Heroes comics in chronological order. One Wednesday a month is the Previews Spotlight with highlights of the latest round of solicitations for upcoming comics. Friday episodes are Movie Spotlights, Television Spotlights or a Round Table Discussions.
