Grandfather takes me back to East Kentucky

Hey there I’m the best teacher in East Kentucky (actually won a state award for that) and I’ve replayed this for my classroom over a dozen times. When I was 12 my father brought me to my grandfather’s attic in East Kentucky and retold his stories from war and how he saved three Jewish families that fled here from Little Germany, Missouri in 1944. This show takes me All the way back. I sure can’t stop telling people this show’ll take you back to a legend out of East kuntucky…and I tip my cowboy hat to them and they smile at me and raise their glass. And we toast about future generations because that’s what stories in East Kentucky are all about.
