Dani’s podcasts explains health in a way that doesn’t demand perfection, but realism. I am currently working through an IVF cycle and have especially found her honesty about pregnancy wonderful. I can’t wait to hear more podcasts about pregnancy and postpartum.

I have been loving the new episodes with how to use a tracking app to track all of your food for the most accuracy. As a gym enthusiast, I want to be able to learn how to calculate and track my macros the right way to build muscle and also to lean out. The episodes are the perfect length and are easy to pop on during a walk or drive and are jam packed with super relevant information. Dani is realistic in her approach, which helps me feel like the strategies are actually attainable. I’ve always felt like nutrition advice is too restrictive or unrealistic for my lifestyle, but Dani makes me feel like I can do it!
