I’ve been a long-time listener and have really enjoyed this podcast. However, I've noticed more cursing recently, with the latest episode using 'GD.' This is a bit disappointing, especially since the podcast is marketed as 'family-friendly' and aimed at a younger audience. It also feels a bit out of character compared to how Matt and Abby have presented themselves in the past.

I’ve never left a comment on any podcast before, but I tune in every week to your podcast and just listened to this weeks and I just have to say you guys are awesome parents and people! It makes me so sad how mean people are to you. They need to cheer up 🤣 I appreciate your openness and love to hear about your journey through parenthood and life. Keep it up! I’ve got four littles over here and love listening to other people in the toddler club so I wanted to send love to cover the hate because you guys are doing awesome and helping people get through another day of cleaning ❤️

Unfathomable how they choose to use a podcast format to rant and complain about all of their “issues:” being asked to pay damages for a car Abby HIT due to negligence, not block the airport pickup area, and more. Constantly airing out their family dirty laundry. Nice of Matt to scoff at spending a week in the Midwest to celebrate the grandmothers’ 80th birthdays immediately after saying they’re going to Hawaii for a month. This podcast is routinely cringey over sharing or downright rage bait.

Abby, please stop moaning in response to your guests speaking.. please.

I definitely enjoy this podcast! Matt and Abby are so entertaining to listen to and have a warm bubbly personality that makes you feel like you really know them. I really appreciate the way they are upbeat- they always manage to brighten my day. The only suggestion I have is to make it, because even though nothing is super inappropriate, they do have some children audiences, and some content is definitely not suitable for them. I’m not saying they need to make kids content, but maybe something kids could be in earshot of. Overall a great listen!

So, I love podcasts and I love when influencers do podcasts so this is the best one I’ve found yet like I’ve learned things I never knew about Kay and Tay, Cash and Kate, Abby Lee miller and so many more people. This is the one podcast that I listen to every. single. week. Been listening since day one and I love it! You guys actually ask the questions we want to know and it makes for such interesting and entertaining shows! I’ve never heard a podcast like this or listened to a podcast this consistently. It keeps me coming back and I really think The Unplanned Podcast stands apart from other podcasts! The guests are fire and I love the episodes with just Matt and Abby also. Keep it up guys! The haters may be loud and annoying but they are the minority. :)

Matt talks about s.x literally every episode not to mention it’s weird and gives off bad vibes but children are listening here and as a parent you should know better so do better

I have been following Matt and Abby since they’re first ever apartment together and goodness they just have such great character! I can truly tell that these people are authentic and real and that’s what makes this podcast so good! I also relate to Abby and how empathetic she is and I love the vulnerability they both show! Truly a great podcast and I will definitely be listening!!😊

Matt literally cannot go an episode without talking about s*x. It’s creepy and off putting. He literally talks to his parents about their s*x lives and even the episode they interviewed the Thru Hikers. Is he okay?

Abby!!! YOU NEED TO STOP YAWNING! We can totally hear it in the microphone and it’s incredibly annoying to listen to! You must have yawned at least 10 times during the latest episode. It might only be my pet peeve, but I’m guessing other listeners feel the same way as me. I’m not sure you’re aware we can hear your yawns, which is the reason I’m commenting. Also, hearing you yawn can be misinterpreted as you feeling bored when podcasting - which no listener wants to feel like the Podcaster is bored while doing the podcast. Please please please be mindful going forward. Thank you!!

I love this episode and I’m the perfect example I’m a 27 year old mom married works full time outside the house and only make about 45grand a year my husband makes around the same and we have 0 savings want to start but putting away 450 a month seems insane

I want to preface this by saying I literally NEVER leave reviews for podcasts, but I felt compelled after listening to this one. I can relate so much to Matt & Abby, and they’re just so authentic and raw that it makes me feel less alone. I feel seen and they don’t even know me! 5 stars 100%. (WARNING: may be bias!) this is my go to podcast! such good entertainment and content!! I will say that the titles are clickbait and that is why you see 4 instead of 5 stars. but i will say this is a show for at least 14+ in my opinion but it is fun getting Matt and Abby’s opinions. They also bring in such dun interesting guests! 10/10 rating!

I generally enjoy the podcast! I love Abby’s input! Matt is emotionally immature and unaware has room for growth but he’s not a bad guy! But I hate hate hate their episode titles. They are so clickbait-y it actively makes me want to not listen. The episode in January “your HOTTEST questions” had literally nothing to do with the podcast as recorded. You guys are good on your own, for the love of all drop the clickbait episode names and let your work speak for itself.

I hope it’s not rude of me to say.. I love the solo episodes or episodes with family the MOST! I came here for you guys! I’m kind of tired of following podcasts for the host/s because I really like them and then having to skip episodes every week because it’s a story I didn’t come for. Almost every show does it these days. I understand that this podcast is what you guys want to make of it and I definitely don’t want to shut down any of your creative freedom. I just wanted to share my perspective as one consumer in particular of this content. Some people might love the guests and that’s okay too.

As a stay at home mom of a 4 year old, 2 year old, and 3 month old… I find this podcast to be a refreshing part of my week! Whether I’m in my car listening on the way to errands and appointments or sipping my afternoon coffee watching YouTube and folding mountains of laundry during nap time…Matt and Abby never fail me. Truly love this podcast, it feels like visiting with friends.

Great show and good convos. Easy to listen to and learn a lot from you and your guests. I also grew up around Quincy, IL. Don’t live there anymore but I’ve known some of the references you guys have talked about throughout your episodes. Thanks for being a bright light!

I love this podcast so much! Matt and Abby are both so gracious and kind and it shows in their interviews of guests on the podcast- they don’t talk over guests or interrupt them or go on their own tangents. They are gracious and genuinely interested in their guests stories. I love how they always have a variety of guests on their show and ask difficult questions very tactfully and kindly. They also are good at just asking interesting questions in general and giving you a good well rounded picture of who the guest is and their story. Highly recommend!

There is nothing I love better than doing my daily activities around the house while listening to the Unplanned Podcast. Matt & Abby are the most relatable people I have found on the internet. They seem like the sweetest, kindest family, and I look up to them in many ways. Great job guys!!

I LOVED the Christmas episode with Matt’s parents. I think it might just be my favorite one yet, and I’ve been listening since the beginning! I found myself smiling and laughing out loud through the entire thing. The banter and jokes remind me so much of my family - made me feel like I was right there laughing along with ya. I absolutely loved the episode with Matt’s parents! I feel like I relate to your mom so much. I am always down for a good bargain. I laughed when you Said your mom has a closet full of gifts because my mother-in-law does that and now I’ve picked up on it and have my own closet as well.

Been following Matt and Abby for years now and always loved listening to their videos and podcast, but now with their recent episode with Raven Simoné and her wife, I am extremely happy to finally see some family friendly and diversity in their content. Hoping to see more of this!!!

Their podcasts can be interesting, especially ones with guests. It is hard to get over Matt almost always agreeing with people to the point of contradicting himself. I think they’re too afraid of being canceled again, which I get, but it’s just starting to feel fake and on the woke side.

I’ve tried multiple times to listen to this podcast, and I can’t stomach the level of unawareness and cluelessness. The Tim and Renee episode was so hard. As a hiker, I love Tim and Renee and their accomplishments are incredible and their lifestyle is one for the books. Matt and Abby were just unaware, uneducated, and too immature about how serious and impressive their thru hikes are.

i had never been interested in podcasts but when you guys announced this i started listening, and i loved it! i tried listening to other podcasts but they were never as good as this one! live you guys and your videos/podcast.

The bessst live listening to this as a teenager it’s so fun to listen to on runs and while going on hikes.
