    Entertaining, but not enthralling
Great production and performance and interesting plot, but I couldn’t make it through the first season because the main character just isn’t (in my opinion, obviously!) interesting or relatable. He’s just a kinda thoughtless guy who doesn’t have much of a personality outside of the situation he’s in.

    Just Listen
Such a great podcast, good storyline, humor and acting.

    Really enjoying this show
Like probably everyone, I'm really picky about what I listen to. There's so much to choose from it makes no sense to suffer through something you don't really enjoy. I've really enjoyed Station 151. Voices are good and the story stays engaging. Looking forward to season 3! Now I need to win the lotto so I can support another podcast. Maybe just having canceled WaPo will help with that.

    Meh
Such a great story concept and it’s a bummer that it never truly reaches its potential. If you’re looking for a more creative version of this pod, then check out ‘90 degrees South’.

    Love! Love! Love!
As someone who listens to drama podcasts constantly, this is rated high up there for me. The plot is great and the acting, sound effects and descriptions of scenes really allow you to make you feel like you are there. The creativity put into the entire concept of the show, down to all of the small details (food, equipment and realistic theoretical scientific approach) really sets this apart from others for me. The banter is hilarious. Also, love that you guys chose for the main character to have a companion, showing a more loving side to such a headstrong individual. Having the main character be a bit hardheaded and impulsive (but VERY intelligent) is a refreshing change from other sci-fi/horror podcasts. You don’t know what he’s going to do next and it keeps it very exciting. Just finished episode 12 and can’t wait to keep listening!!

    Fun but unconvincing
The plot lines and story twists are creative, and definitely sci-fi, but I question the fact that they call themselves a "sci-fi horror podcast." The production choices they make just don't lend themselves to a horror genre. At the end of each cliffhanger episode I usually want to know what happens next, but there is no tension. The helicopter pilot sounds like a bad John Wayne imitation, the dog sounds like an old Lassie radio play, and [spoilers] the two "alien" voices sound like Saturday Morning Cartoon villain school voice rejects. With the right production design this intriguing story could have been next-level. Instead, it's just mid.

Listened to the first episode, then stopped
I just couldn’t go any further with a main character that stupid.

    Top Favorite Podcast
This is one of my most favorite podcasts. The entire storyline is fresh and new. Love it!! Can’t wait for season 3!!!

    Became a joke
Season 1 was okay enough, but season 2 seemed like a joke. The alien voices sounded like they were straight from Sesame Street characters. Wayne is a very annoying character, but became even more annoying in the second season. I listened all the way through, but it wasn’t easy.

    One of this year’s best!
This is one Helluva podcast, great story line and awesome voice acting. Don’t stop, keep it going!

    The best original sci-fi podcast
Station 151 is definitely the best original sci-fi podcast I have listened to in years. It’s twists and turns keep me right edge, I can’t wait for each new episode. The extra back story episodes (listen as released so as to not spoil anything) fill in all the gaps, then continue to do so throughout the seasons. The planning of the story line is perfect, and the characters are well played and easily recognizable. Keep it up! More seasons please! Or even other Tellders Corp projects!

    The WORST main character
I only finished because once I start a story, I have to see it thru. With that said, Wayne is the most insufferable character I’ve ever heard in a story. I’ve never rooted against the main character until this one. I got used to the over use of profanity but did they really have to make him so smug and ignorant 🤦🏾‍♂️

    Sub par Season 2
Season 2 has left a lot to be desired.

    Started good, but then...
Most of season 1 is good! It's not a terribly complex story with deep thinking issues or anything, but it was good. Not bad at all if you don't mind a few dry AI voices occasionally. Season 1 set us up for an original, potentially intergalactic story, with some funny, aggravating, and stressful parts to it. But then, near the end of S1, and mainly all of S2, the story becomes very thin. The short episodes seem shorter, with less happening each time. The AI voices are dominating S2, and their dry, emotionalless demeanor is just too much. There is barely anything even happening in S2, and I just listened to the newest episode, 10. It's too bad, this podcast could have really went somewhere cool.

    Too hokey for me
Unfortunately, I was never able to get halfway through the first episode. Too hokey and predictable. Something An eighth grade English class came up with. And then character that sounds like a wish Version of John Wayne is beyond pathetic. I was going to give it one star, but felt so bad for them I bumped it to three, knowing that they tried.

    Great!
This is such a great sci-fi/horror drama. Acting is great writing is great. Very suspenseful can’t wait for the next episode!

Season 1 was superb, season 2 not so much
The wonderful thing about season 1 was the mystery. It was so well written and you feel as if you’re on this supernatural journey along with Wayne. It does a great job of establishing an eerie sense of wrong that is hanging in the air and you end the season with so many questions. Season 2, unfortunately, has painted Wayne - who is supposed to an incredibly smart guy - as an obnoxious loud know it all that is insufferable. He acts like a spoiled child, arguing for the sake of arguing even when obvious evidence that contradicts his claims is presented to him. He is constantly cursing and throwing temper tantrums like a petulant kid, and it has made the series completely intolerable. I don’t know who wrote the second season or where they’re going with it, but the character devolvement has been so stark I really don’t care to know anymore. So sad, I was looking forward to unraveling the mystery but they painted everyone so drab and even the other actor’s monotone (the actor for Richard) leaves a lot to be desired. The only shining spot is astrid. I hope she kills everyone and puts the whole story to rest.

    Wanted to like it
Thought the premise, story, writing were pretty good. Where this falls apart for me was the acting. Main character has the vocabulary of a edgy 7th grader and is painfully and forcefully sarcastic, it gets old listening to it. 1st season is fine, but I couldn’t make it more than 2 episodes in before turning it off due to the antagonist’s voice.

    To many ads, short episodes
I feel like there is 5 minutes of actual plot sometimes. But it’s great plot, and i am desperate.

    Quite the “page turner”
Great ideas, creepy presentation, and funny moments.

Invest your time in listening to this podcast. It’s such an incredibly engaging podcast and I’m here for the entire ride. Don’t mind the nutrition burritos.

Wow! Keeps you dying to hear the next one!
I kept reading about Station 151 on the AudioDrama Subreddit on Reddit. I finally thought I had better give it a try since there were THAT MANY saying how great it was. Today I get out of the Shower (waterproof mini boombox!) and I wondered why it did not go to the next episode. I run over to put on the next episode only to realize I AM CAUGHT UP! 😱 There is no episode until NEXT WEEK😱😱😱😱‼️‼️ I usually listen to Audio Dramas that are done so now I have to wait like every one else 🤣🤣🤣‼️ I can hardly wait. This is a great mystery ‼️

    I tried
I really wanted to like this as another take on the spooky corporation, pulling a fast one. But I just couldn’t get past all the absolutely gratuitous cursing, the unrelenting sarcasm, and lack of plot. On the upside, the sound design is pretty good.
  • VaStarr27
So happy new season has arrived!
Hopefully less profanity but know the story line will satisfy 👍🏻❤️
  • mehblehh
    Very meh
Story is just mid at best. Main character is absolutely insufferable. Maybe that’s the point? Weird device if so. I found myself rooting for the evil corporation. Loud, spazzy, obnoxious. Voice acting is beyond corny all around. Guttural noises galore, if you’re into that. Not for me.

    Great show
All around great show! Just stumbled upon the podcast, and now I’m hooked on the 151 universe. Definitely looking forward to future content. Can’t wait. Keep up the amazing job guys.

Good job guys, I enjoyed this one

    Love it
Great story, great acting, great sound production. I laughed out loud more than once. Perfect amount of swearing. In truth, if I were Wayne, I’d be swearing even more — while bawling. Bravo. Here’s hoping there’s a season 2.
  • Stebunbun
    Very good!
Exciting with some fun twists. Recommended! Can’t wait for the next season. I think the reviews that say there’s too much swearing are weird. It says it’s for mature audiences so don’t listen to it if you can’t deal, but don’t leave a bad review, they clearly say listener discretion is advised before every show.

1 star reviewers are clearly confused. Season 2 now please!

    So Far So… was good
Until it wasn’t. Gave it another shot. Unnecessary foul language, unnecessary dialog, wasted time, boring. Done. Now I know why I stopped listening the first time. Original review after two episodes: I’m hesitant to try new fiction podcasts. You don’t get a good one that often. This is the age of podcasting and it’s kind of like the Wild West, so many amateurs creating amateurish shows. But in this case the show is polished and well done. To be honest I’m only on the second episode and I’m enjoying it. Other than that I’m enjoying the stay build. Vibes of Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. Hope it works out. I’ll update as needed.

    Awesome!
This is one of the best fictional podcasts that I’ve listened to. The plot is so creative and the sound effects are great. I believe season 2 is coming out this summer.

    What happened?!
Great first season, but where is the rest of it? It’s been out for a while now and no more has come. I guess abandoned so sad
  • Theokstatefan
    Almost
The story and voice acting were great but the overused constant f-bombs detracted from the overall storyline a bit.

    Love it
Love the storyline and the acting is great. Been searching for a podcast like this for a while now. Highly recommend

    Language
The excessive foul language took away from the storyline, otherwise it’s a great listen!

    Love the sarcastic humor
The story, the characters and performances were so enjoyable to listen to, I even found it comedic and loved it!! Thank you to the creators and actors, can’t wait for more!!
  • shotgunaaron
    Just excellent!!!
Loved the characters, setting, plot, and added sounds! Just phenomenal. And yeah I can deal with the swearing 🤙…. Please make season 2.
  • Swwacoach
    I feel dumber
If it’s possible I feel dumber having listened to the nonsense of the lead character. Wow. Production is good voice acting is good but despite being able to reprogram the best AI ever made he has zero common sense or survival skills to the point of being an idiot from his interview to being in a crater with a dangerous alien unbelievable
  • Yanceyman
    Love it!!
Great story that has replay value. I’ve listened to it 3 times and always catching more details and coming up with more theories! Can’t wait for more episodes and more F bombs.

    Finally
Someone that actually talks like a real human person. FINALLY! It really takes me out of a story when characters say things like “what the heck” or don’t use f words when flying f words are necessary. But the main character’s inner (and outer) monologue in this story sounds exactly like mine, which is incredibly helpful in suspending disbelief. Also it’s a very original story. I truly don’t know what will happen next.
  • Tequila Mockingturd
    Awesome
Finally a show with the perfect amount if F words! Thanks, fartcopter!
  • stinkysleuth
Great show - please wrap it up!! Lol
I binged listened to this whole season in a day. I feel the last few episodes, while good, have been a tiny bit filler. Would love to see how he escapes or if he does!!

    Too much swearing…the f-word!
  • stephenix42
So excited to have found this!!
My favorite podcasts have always been the Magnus Archives, Archive 81, and the White Vault. I’ve searched for ages for something I consider on par with those, but most podcasts fall through in some way for me — bad writing, bad acting, unpleasant sound effects or music… I was so happy to find something that hits all the marks!! Station 151 is fantastically written and performed, I can’t stop listening and I can’t wait for season 2!
  • HeroesofScienceFictionandFanta
    Great first season!
Enjoyed the first season. Listening to the prequel now. Like the creativity. Handful of People bring this story to life with good voice acting and sound effects. 9/28/2023- Doc

A gripping drama and cutting satire
Station 151 plants its protagonist, Wayne, in an absurd, uncanny and genuinely anxiety-inducing scenario in the aftermath of a billionaire-driven technological revolution. The creators have taken a proper crack at dragging contemporary impulses in economics and technology to some of their worst logical conclusions—and manage to inject humor along the way. A great listen for an audience seeking a STEM-informed sci-fi narrative and anyone requiring strong discouragement against building the torment nexus.
  • ktmpasser
    A lifetime of F bombs.
The sheer amount of f-bombs is ridiculous. Couldn’t make it past episode 4.
  • Blueberry Fathead
    Excellent podcast
Great writing, it fills me with so much hatred for every character. Would recommend.
