    Life Changinf
I have always considered myself as someone who wants to “do the work” but has never really quite known “how”. I’ve read the books, gone to therapy, counseling, listened to podcasts and completed workbooks, but nothing has landed or been as impactful as Rebecca Ore’s work. She is truly incredible. Her delivery is calm, her messages are to the point without a lot of fluff, and she gives you the actual STEPS as to how to improve your anxiety/mind drama. I am so grateful that I stumbled upon this and can’t emphasize enough how helpful it has been for me!!!!

I can finally live my life
My thoughts used to be out of control! I had trouble trusting people, I was not able to say no, I used to have to much anxiety about problems that weren’t even real. After listening to the first few episodes, I calmed down. I got control of my mind, my thoughts, and emotions. If you are someone that constantly needs reassurance and validation, please listen to this podcast. I am no longer spiraling in my own thoughts and creating problems. I am able to be mentally present at work, for my family, and for myself. I feel like I can finally live my life.

    Excellent emotional perspective
Rebecca has an excellent perspective on our emotions and how they affect our thoughts about ourselves, others and our relationships. I stumbled upon this podcast and I’m so glad I did! Slowly making my way through this advice and applying it to my life, one podcast at a time. :)

    It’s great but….
I appreciate the idea of mastering your mind and I think this podcast has some amazing tools for day-to-day problems in relationships, which I have found helpful. Particularly other people’s narratives vs what my own is, and where that comes from. Whenever I listen to podcasts like this I am always taken back to how impressionable I was while in an abusive relationship, and I just think that there needs to be more cautioning throughout the podcasts so that we are not A- relieving the other party from all responsibility, because sometimes we feel awful about ourselves when people say awful things to us, and B- more emphasis on values and dealbreakers and when it is ok to walk away.

    An extremely valuable resource
This podcast is a goldmine. And it’s free! I worked with Rebecca in group coaching for 12 weeks last year and I’ve kept up with her podcast to keep these things fresh in my mind ever since. It’s such valuable information and honestly nothing has helped my anxiety more than the thought work she teaches. I would recommend (and have, a lot) this podcast to anyone who has ears, a brain, and any form of anxiety/negative thinking because you could learn something from it!

    Highly recommend
I’ve been following Rebecca on IG for several months and finally realized I should start listening to her podcasts - I am thoroughly impressed with the content. Her methodologies (the thought model) aligns with my therapist’s approach as well, which is helpful. The thought work is completely invaluable and I actually feel a shift in my mind and body now that I’m shifting my thinking and thoughts about myself and others. Thank you!

I wish I knew you before my marriage & divorce!
I first got to know Rebecca through her Instagram account and with just checking the slides she posted I made a considerable change in my anxious attachment and became much better in my relationships. I wish I knew her earlier but better late than never!

I am so glad I found this podcast and wish it’d existed sooner! It has completely transformed the way I relate to my thoughts and emotions, and has helped me to see how I can show up with more dignity and less drama in my relationships. Thank you Rebecca 🫶🏼
