    Inspiring
Love the Stacey Abrams, Martha Stewart, and Michael Twitty episodes! The only item of feedback I have is keep the cooking lessons at the end simple because with a podcast you can’t see (obviously), so simple tips work better than a cooking demonstration.

Gracias, José, for meeting a glaring need during dark moments--nothing connects humans like food, a smile and authenticity. Thank you for tending to Puerto Rico when others tossed paper towels and were comfortable with forgetting sucha sweet people. Oh, and thank you for amazing food at Jaleo and more...eres una bendición.

    Why not a 5 Star?
It is difficult to connect to the video where Jose actually does the cooking. Also, it no is difficult to leave questions. Thank you.

    Charming and thought provoking
Chef Jose Andres is a charming personality. He's a thought leader on food and cooking and he's funny and relatable. I really enjoy listening - the interview segment is a highlight, but I'm also looking forward to cooking along with him!

    Entertaining, Educational, and Accessible
I had high hopes for this podcast as I’m a fan of the work and food of Jose Andres. I was not disappointed. The first episode was great. Loved the chef conversation with Eric Ripert, the recipe interlude and the viewer questions. Really great stuff here. Can’t wait to hear more.

    Another Chef Andrés Jewel
José Andrés is passionate about food and people. Another delicacy from his repertoire ( there must be a Spanish word for that ).
