You’ve done so much for me and others and I constantly recommend your platform for anyone wishing to learn about self improvement. I have a suggestion for future videos. I love self improvement, but maybe this can expand beyond us to our environment and the planet. You’ve shown you’re open to learning with the nutrition course and documentaries - there are so many documentaries on sustainability and little habits we can implement on to help the planet (e.g composting can be a partner activity, meal planning can curb food waste, walking instead of driving always, etc). Hope you’ll take this suggestion into consideration. Thanks! prep

bellaaamariexRambles OnI realllly wanted to like this podcast and I think Shelby is awesome I just feel like she isn't a good podcaster :/ she struggles to get to the point and every episode more or less is the same talk of habits and habit stacking ( which is genius and I do use in my life) but then rambles on about HER personal life or her relationships where it's just not interesting enough to listen to multiple episodes on. It's so hard to follow ( 1.. because she talks SO FAST and 2. There's just no theme- it's all sporadic talking about herself) and I found myself rewinding to see if there was something I missed , even slowing down the speed to .75 and still I just can't force myself to listen anymore it didn't really benefit or entertain me at all :(

BaylorsSo excited!Shelby has such amazing energy. I love listening to her stories and experiences. I found her on Tik Tok after doing a search for “1% better”. I’ve been looking to improve my mental health and just life in general in the areas of health, work, being balanced, and sticking to a budget/financial plan. Reading Atomic Habits got me interested in the idea of getting one percent better and not trying to tackle everything all at once. Getting overwhelmed by doing all of that definitely wouldn’t have helped my mental health, and I would probably end up giving up like the numerous times before. Shelby’s Tik Tok led me to finding her podcast. I started back at the very first episode. I feel like I’ve found the cheat codes to life. I finally feel like I have realistic goals and a realistic starting place with a realistic way to achieve my goals. Thank you, Shelby!!

Each episode not only brings me so much hope for my future, but specific yet personally flexible ways to get there. It no longer feels unattainable or too hard. I love the amount of resources available on her instagram pages and tik tok to help you reach your goals. I feel like Shelby and I know each other, and is one of the few influencers who I genuinely would love to call my friend. I listen while doing chores, driving, or when I'm feeling particularly incapable. Sad to Savage always brings a smile to my face and quality tips for building habits and happiness. Without fail, I always feel better and more capable. I get a similar feeling to calling a good friend on the phone for comfort. I could not recommend listening enough!

She shows confidence and not arrogance. She has researched these subjects and has so much knowledge to share. She is very real and makes it feel like I’m listening to a friend talk. This podcast has inspired me to be kinder to myself and start building habits and routines. I’m in my late 30s with two school aged kids, doesn’t seem like the target audience but trust me - it’s for you no matter your stage in life. Shelby has great and practical habit tips and never sounds preachy, she’s also hilarious. I’ve also gotten several books on my to read list from her (follow her IG too), maybe one day she will be writing her own! Lastly there are no advertisements, a huge plus in my books.

I’ve been in therapy for over a decade, I got 1-2 times a week, I’ve been on medication since I was 10 and nothing has been as effective as this podcast. Shelby breaks down in a digestible way to be the best version of yourself. When she talks, it’s like a best friend hugging you and loving you when you’re struggling to love yourself. She spreads love and positivity in the most comforting way. These podcast episodes have made the biggest impact in the way I lead my life and the outlook I have on myself. This has directly impacted my ability to use my therapy tools as well. As someone who struggles from major depression, works in an abusive and toxic environment and has a toxic family, I thought I would never know the feeling of happiness or like myself. This podcast has given me hope that I will reach happiness if I continue to build positive routines in the way Shelby shares. It is so impactful because she breaks it down into digestible changes we can build and create. Thank you so much Shelby ❤️
