    Everything I needed and more!
This podcast has been so helpful in me entering and staying in my own “soft girl era”. As a self-diagnosed saddie baddie, listening to this podcast has become apart of my morning routine and helps me navigate my early-20s through a different view. There have been so many situations I’ve learned aren’t specific to me and that there are other women who have conquered these things and can provide guidance. An absolute 10000/10!!!

A true guide to the Soft Life 🎀
Priscilla’s journey to softness as a Black woman is so inspiring ✨ The fact that she walks like she talks makes it easier to trust what she offers as a listener. Unlearning the tropes of what it means to be a “strong black woman” is hard when you’re doing it alone but knowing that someone is on that journey with you makes it all the more easier. She isn’t judge mental when she speaks so I can take in her words more fully and apply them to my life. This journey would’ve been so much harder had she not done the inner work to show up for herself and others ! This podcast is Top 5 incredible work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s worth a listen ✨

    A real mood booster
As a professional in the creative field I often times find myself battling anxiety especially at night, during time crunches. The stress on my brain during these times is catastrophic. During one of these nights, I was at my wits end, mid-tear, in need of some type of solace— enters The Soft Life. Can’t lie, my stress pretty much subsided, I felt my brain reconfiguring to be more soft and gentle with myself. The host, Priscilla has such a knowledgeable and comforting way of speaking and relating to her audience that is so familiar and expert. As I listened to the hosts soothing voice of sisterly reassurance I began to think I may actually one day find a way to a more realized version of me. Not only that, but that who I am right now can also be someone I’m meant to be, and that I can be precious and a lot work in progress all in one. Come give your ears a warm hug! You truly won’t regret it.

    Gem Dropping Left and Right
This podcast is freeing us all of the shame that often comes with self-prioritization, boundary setting, and the pursuit of wholeness. It has me calling it like I feel it. Whether it’s sensory over load, physical or emotional exhaustion, anxiety; we have the language to express our spectrum of emotions. Saddie Baddies is getting us through while giving us the space to celebrate each other for getting to the other side of a storm. Shout out to y’all!
