bfbraleyOne of the best! This podcast is one I go back to again and again for all things inspirational and aspirational. Dan’s guests offer a peek behind the curtain of some of the most interesting lives while Dan himself is a great host and able to lead the conversation naturally and knowledgeably. I keep a pen and notebook with me anytime I’m listening - by the end of the episode I have a page of notes and feel inspired

Tommy from OaklandImmersive conversations and awesome topicsJust finished listening to the Thomas Keller interview, and it was such a tour de force of a conversation on the development of American food culture and Thomas Keller’s role and impact on it. Felt like an easy flowing conversation, and I really appreciated the balance between the professional and personal growth discussed. Honestly it’s just cool to get a personal story on refined cuisine - something I love but don’t have a sense of its history (yet!) - from one of primary contributors to the American movement. Looking forward to more episodes!!
-
