I stumbled upon this podcast by searching “Occult” on Apple Podcasts. I’m beyond grateful that I did. I struggle with multiple mental illnesses, and the description of ancestral trauma introduced me to a feeling of resolute introspectiveness that I’d never before experienced. I will be back for more. This podcast truly is a gem of wisdom, kindness, and valuable insight.
