floridachristySummer ‘22- it’s HOT🔥I enjoyed the episode on this summer‘s heat index tips, because it gave me some cool ideas. I’m gonna incorporate eating some cooler snacks like Raquel and Becca mention, like watermelon, frozen grapes and sliced cucumbers to hydrate. Also, I didn’t think about how my workout clothes are at times insulating me, so to make sure I change into shorts. And from an earthy perspective, they made me think about the plants I buy and if I’m willing to commit to them to keep up with the watering. I look forward to hearing about “Plastic-Free “July” tips this next month! Thanks Earthy Girls!🌸🌴 4/28/23 I love season 3 episode 15 where Becca interviewed Zarine Bharda in India. It was encouraging to hear that a busy mom like Zarine, still makes time to undertake an initiative to affect her village and her children’s view of caring for our planet, in practical proactive ways. Whether it’s starting the trust in her village, or having her children grow a garden and up cycle her home goods, I’m impressed and inspired by the action taking. Makes me feel like if we all do something, we can make a change! Thanks Earthy Girls for a great interview! 🌱🌎 Christy in Tampa

Just.DebSo much to love!!So much to love about this dynamic duo!! I love that they are a mom & daughter team!! I love those charming southern accents!!! And I LOVE the content they are sharing!!! So many great tips on how to live more sustainably, and they are so accessible…anyone can start implementing their suggestions immediately. Favorite concept from the most recent episode… instead of being that “Extra Girl” why not be the “Earthy Girl” or better yet… the Extra Earthy Girl!!!
