    More please
Is there a place where I can reach more of your “longer content” I see you on Facebook/ TikTok but somehow those 60 second videos aren’t enough. Whereas they are but I want to listen to you more.

    Wise insights, humble approach
Matthias, I really appreciate your conversational style while you dispense practical information. One of my patients found your material helpful and suggested I check out your material. The music does create a soothing mood as does the lighting on your productions. -ZXM Psychiatry

    Thank you
Loved this one. I’ve been following you on TikTok for a long time now and I absolutely love your content. This is the first one of your podcasts that I’ve listened to. Going to start from the beginning. Seeing the grandeur in the mundane— this! I can go back to my childhood (7, 8, 9 y/o)and actually remember asking myself what am I looking forward to now? School starting? Ending? The next chocolate bar fundraiser (weird I know lol)? Living in the present and enjoying those seemingly “mundane” things can be so challenging in the world that we live in today that is constantly changing, moving, evolving. To stop your brain from going on 1mil to just notice that butterfly that flew by and think about where it traveled from and how does it know where to go, etc. I don’t know! That, in and of itself, is something so simple but can you remember that last time you stopped to notice it? Thank you for what you do. I can listen all day. Thanks!!

    Kids and food
A time out for not eating vegetables?! I think you need to do a LOT more research! Forcing food is never the answer. This is very disturbing and has now turned me away from your podcast.

    PRICELESS
I found Mathias on Instagram. I’ve been addicted since my first video. Years later, I finally found this. His advice is priceless. Cannot get enough of it.

    Fantastic
I watch his clips on TikTok and they are never long enough. He’s absolutely draws you in and makes you comfortable, relatable, and he makes you really look at yourself especially when the topic resonate with you.

    Insightful, educational, and helpful!
I started following Matthias on tik tok, and found out he had a podcast. Not only has his work (podcast, tik toks, workshops) educated and helped me work on my healing and growth, but I’ve been able to incorporate some of his advice into how I interact with others as well.

    Amazing!!!!
Started on til too and ended up here! This guy is amazing! The best part is he makes you think and creates an element of really introspective moments that help you process your time in the topic. He has become part of my daily commute routine.

Relieved that I found the podcasts
Currently going through the healing journey and saw Matthias on tiktok, I wanted more than just a 1-3 minute talk to listen to so I checked him out in podcasts. I’ve been listening to his episodes for 3 days now and I love hearing everything and taking it all in. Episode 23 has resonated with me the most so far.

    Powerfully reassuring
Stumbled onto Matthias on Tik Tok & was immediately hooked. He’s sincere & exudes intelligence and reassurance. Listening to the podcast has been tremendously comforting as I begin to work my way through healing an abundance of childhood trauma.

    Impactful!
So grateful for the content that Matthias puts out, from his podcast, his IG account and short videos, his workshops, the work he does is tremendous and beyond important and impactful. Thank you.

I love everything about this podcast
I found Matthias’ instagram account about 3 months ago when I was beginning my journey of processing my childhood trauma. I don’t remember the exact video I watched first but I just remember feeling seen and heard and that there was hope and brighter days ahead. Matthias has an insane amount of love and empathy and this podcast has made listening to his messages easier than ever. He will not only help you feel like you belong as you are right now, but have the courage to take steps forward to a more meaningful and flourishing life.

One thing I’d like to see
Love how soothing and assuring Mathias is. He covers great topics. I’d just like to see more resolutions to the topics discussed. I love what he has to say I just end each episode still not having much knowledge on how to implement. Little bit longer and little more in depth would be amazing

    Freedom within yourself
Your tik tok’s brought me to your podcast I hope to see more childhood trauma, abuse (mental, emotional, physical, and sexual), as well as maybe some about the mental breakdowns these traumas can cause and the feelings behind these breakdowns how they can cause irrational decisions to ones who you love and love you and why this happens. You are very motivating and powerful thank you for doing these podcasts and making tik toks to help others learn to cope!

    My meditation
This was my first time listening to a podcast. I binge listened to all the podcasts listed and I just can’t get enough. I’ve listened to others as well after I was finished, and it just didn’t resonate the same. I don’t know if it’s his voice or the fact that you can tell he’s so genuine and sincere, but I just have them on replay now because as odd as it may sound I feel like it helps calm my anxiety. Plus he gives great advice.

Tik Tok made me do it.
Matthias was someone I stumbled upon on my for you page. I was never someone who sought out help, rather I was someone who would talk to my family or husband to help me navigate my life, but wasn’t really accomplishing anything. I think I’ve always had a yearning to speak with someone who could help me make sense of my life. The first couple of videos I came across gave me things to ponder upon where I thought “this guys gets it”. There was a truth and honesty, that I throughly enjoyed. There were moments I thought to myself that maybe it didn’t apply, but there were truths in what was being discussed. I recall one day being so upset and frustrated and I sat alone in a room and chose to listen to Matthias’ Tik Tok on repeat to recenter myself and collect myself out of the anger and hurt I was feeling in a situation. Since then I was looking forward to those videos but kept yearning for a in depth conversation. Annnnd here I am, now at his podcast. Never been a person who listened to audio books, podcasts, etc. Yet, here I am, and I throughly found some peace in his words. I wish I knew him personally so I could have these in depth conversations to help me navigate who I am and the frustration I feel in myself, but then I listen to these podcasts and can place myself in the scenarios and there are some “Aha!” Moments. So happy to made my way here, and looking forward to reading his ebook.

    Spreading light on mental health
I stumbled across your video on tictok about solving arguments with your partner and i put it tin the test and found some very interesting things about my partner and realized i was in an unhealthy relationship. I now listen to your podcast and i am amazed. You make sense out of things i cannot find the words for. Thank you
  • nicolerenee21
    So insightful!!!
I came across him on tiktok and found myself and my husband sharing all his videos between us because he can put feelings into words that I can’t. Sometimes they speak too truthful and bring a tear to my eye but this man is amazing. Everyone should give him a listen whether to understand yourself or just to understand other people in the world.

    So far so good
I found the two casts I listened to extremely helpful. Christian based understanding to complex boundary issues and why they are so hard to define ! Relationship myths also very clear and informative. Really enjoy your voice and the way you explain and share.

I’ve learned and grown so much!
I found Matthias on tiktok and instantly knew he was someone I wanted to learn from. His overall genuine light and knowledge draws you in and makes you feel like you’re getting a free, in personal, one-on-one session with a therapist! The episode on the topic of Satisfaction was transformative for me. I’ve been blinded by frustrations and disappointments for so long that I’ve lost sight of my own responsibilities as a child of God and wife. Overcome with dissatisfaction in my own marriage, I gave up on my personal responsibility of bringing quality work to the table (so to speak). I focused greatly on what I didn’t have instead of holding myself accountable to what I could be doing with what I do have instead. Like the story of the Jews, I want to do whatever I’m currently called to, with character, kindness and love and for the work itself to become secondary, and for the character and love I show through the work I present to be primary. I’m responsible for my own actions, for my own work, and for the quality of work I choose to produce. I no longer feel overwhelmed by the thoughts of what I’m not doing in life, instead, I choose to be fully present, accountable and my best at whatever I’m currently called to. For this, I cannot thank Matthias enough. This has saved my life.

This man is a blessing. I have gone through so much and after finding his videos, I have realized how to control certain emotions and how to come off more positive towards my husband. Thank You!
I stumbled upon you on TikTok and found your words really helping me through situations I was going through. These podcast episodes have all helped me. Your thought and perspective on situations, feelings, etc have been very helpful.
  • Kimblek
    Thank you
I want to say thank you, Matthias, for being you. The content of the podcasts are very helpful but I think the reason that they resonate with so many people is the fact that you are delivering them. You have a gift for speaking and teaching. Listening to you feels like listening to someone who really gets what you’re going through. I feel understood, respected, and can tell that you have a passion for what you do. Keep doing it, please!
  • Envy96

I found Matthias in TikTok and I can stop listening to all the content since then. On insta YouTube TikTok and here. I am in a tough moment in my life and he is bringing me some joy ! So go ahead and listen if you are dealing with something. And Matthias you are great thank you for sharing
  • TMB_peace
    Real
I love this podcast! Matthias is a real person who is tune to what is going on with others. I especially liked the story about how our experiences in the past shape who we are today. Matthias shared a story about an experience he had in school when he followed a group of friends into the bathroom and one of his “friends” told him he was not one of them, that he shouldn’t be hanging out with the group. Then he went on to explain how that affected him as an adult, the need to always fit in socially. His Instagram and Tik Tok are full of helpful tips and honest interpretations of human interaction and I think he truly wants to help others.

    Meaningful and relatable as always
Great episode, and incredibly relevant during this pandemic when so many of us are desperately trying to find any way to avoid the harsh realities we are living in. I hadn’t heard of the guest prior to this podcast, but I’ve already purchased his book and look forward to diving deeper and learning more. Thanks Matthias for putting this content out there, it is so helpful and meaningful, and just what the world needs right now.

    Discovered on TikTok
I’ve studied a little bit of psychology in community college, and my family says I have a gift in talking to mainly kids making it comfortable for them to open themselves up. And when I came across your videos on tik tok, it made me more inspired to pursue this career and your content and podcast even helps me out to understand more about mental health. And I tend to not take my own advice, sometimes you give the same advice as I do and it makes me feel almost validated and start work more on myself and my relationship with my family and friends. So thank you so much for your content they do actually help!
  • Niloofar E.

    Insightful and Genuine
Matthias has such a great way of discussing a topic and really providing ideas and tools for self reflection. On top of that, he never feels like he is attacking a topic in a negative manner, or trying to make you feel guilty about yourself. We may feel guilty about something because we see ourselves in what was said, but more so in a way of realizing that “hey I do ‘insert topic here’”, and now I want to work on how to improve said topic by reflecting and using tools he has discussed. Absolutely love this podcast, as well as his social media accounts. Keep up the amazing work Matthias. You’re really making a difference.

    Incredible beyond words
Discovered him on TikTok and I was so drawn to his explanations and how easy he explains the most complicated and frustrating areas of relationships or even traumas. He is soothing and brings immense knowledge! Truly a gift he has. 🙏🏼

    So excited you’re here!
First of all, your voice is so soothing and so good to listen to when you’re talking about things to help change my life. It’s like buttah. I found you on TikTok and have followed you since. Instagram first (please reply to my message 😂) some on YouTube and now here on Apple podcasts and I couldn’t be more excited. I’m also not very experienced in “the podcasts”, but we will figure it out. Thank you so much for being here. I hope to learn more about forgiving myself, loving myself and how to control my emotions. Just some ideas.

    Amazing
I found myself looking forward to Matthias TikTok videos each day I would check for a new one, save it and replay it over and over again. I’ve wanted nothing more than a podcast because I don’t use YouTube. I was over the moon to see that he created a podcast! I am very grateful for this man.
