Truly giving yourself the gift of self exploration and understanding of the function of our minds and free ourselves from self inflicted suffering. Stress is manageable and here is a tool to help you.

    The speaker sounds almost dead like a robot. There’s like a noise gate on his microphone so it’s cutting off parts of words. Could be better audio quality as well.

    Quiet Guidance
    I am really happy to have found this podcast because it offers something I hadn’t realized I was missing from other meditation podcasts- silence. I really appreciate the fact that our guide allows for pauses where there’s no ambient music or breathing, just quiet to reflect on what he’s saying. It is a guidance-heavy meditation, which may not fit everyone, but I need that and I find his voice soothing and serene.

    Listened and TRIED to meditate but the person leading the meditation talked the ENTIRE time. Longest pause I counted was 31 seconds. It’s hard to concentrate on your breathing when the person leading won’t stop talking long enough to actually allow you time to focus before moving on. The leader of the meditation sounded like they were reading from a piece of paper instead of actually participating. Ended up unfollowing the show after one time listening. I was REALLY hoping that this would be an amazing resource. I very rarely leave reviews but this is something that was VERY disappointing.

    Ending of episodes
    The actual meditations are great. However, the advertisements at the end of an episode are very unsettling. The meditation benefits of peace and tranquillity are wiped out by the abrupt ending.
