SAH אין עוד מלבדוThis has changed my lifeI want to thank you Tonia for all of your mindful and thought provoking episodes. I love opening up my podcasts and seeing when there is a new one available to listen to. Specifically, these Tefillah series has been a kiss from HaShem through you and your interviewees. Adi’s Halachic yet gentle approach to Tefillah inspired me in a very different way than any of my Fila learning has. I strive to have the bitachon and Emuna that Shana’s lives by. Her experience, vulnerability, and conviction touched me in a deep way. Last but not least, Tonia. I am blown away by your gift with words and vulnerability, l’shem shamayim. In an effort to be vulnerable as well, Davening from a siddur has been a challenge for me since I was young. I always wanted it to be “my thing,” but the discipline it took to do it felt so uncomfortable at the time. I am taking on Brachos and shemona esrei every morning (bli neder), for the Refuah sheleima of Shoshana Tovah bas Leah. I hope to meet you all very soon in person one day hopefully dancing together with Mashiach in Yerushalayim.

sing 1230Just what my soul was craving 🙌I am a mother of 4 and going through intense health struggles right now. I’ve been to rock bottom and I realized I need things to boost me up. This podcast always brings me comfort. It’s amazing how when I’m thinking of certain ideas and then come on to listen to the next episode here it’s talking about exactly what I was struggling with. I love how down to earth and real the conversations are yet they leave me with a deep spiritual high. This podcast makes me feel like I’m sitting with friends discussing amazing things but I don’t have to get dressed up or leave my house 🙃. I love this! so thank you for this podcast and I recommend it to everyone!!

Viner manThe Spirituality We NeedFor so long, I have been drawn solely to secular podcasts and mediums that discuss spirituality because the tongues of those committed to Torah have so often been lacking. This podcast, however, shattered that. Tania speaks the language of soul, and her guests bring light to all her listeners.

smrlevineA gem! Full of rich chassidus and Jewish femininity.I look forward to hearing this podcast every Sunday!
