    The perfect mindful moment addition to your day 💛
    I don’t even remember how I came across this podcast (I think I somehow stumbled across it on Spotify where I actually listen to my podcasts lol sorry Apple), but it’s quickly become one of my faves. Casey is such a great host who delivers everything in such a warm and calming way. The episodes are nice and short which is perfect for me as a rather impatient and anxious person getting into meditation/mindfulness. The topics always feel relevant and helpful, and I love how they provide a more self compassionate perspective on self improvement. Always looking forward to the two daily episodes! Thank you Casey and Amy.
