I have waited forever for someone to talk about Ugly Betty, the iconic ABC show gone too soon. I love how the hosts aren’t afraid to go into tangents about what is going on currently or what was going on at the time of Ugly Betty’s run, giving addition cultural context. I’m very excited for the pod to reach the end of season one, and season three where the show in my opinion changed a lot.

I just started watching Ugly Betty 14 years too late, and I’m so glad a podcast is starting to cover the episodes! The hosts are fun and clearly are very excited about the show. I did get a little distracted at points because it sounds like someone may have been eating during recording with crinkly bags/bottles. Other than that it’s a very enjoyable first episode and I hope to hear more soon!
