    Not consistent enough
I love you guys but this podcast needs to be more consistent.

    Amazing
I was involved with TER early on when they had civilians collecting tips for the local police. Hearing these stories use to be a token treat at special events. It’s incredible being able to hear so many stories I’d never heard, especially with COVID putting a damper on the special events through the year. It’s the constant reminder that I can’t stand by.

    I “Love” this Podcast
I hesitate to “love” it because it’s tough content to hear, but it’s content I need to hear - it’s content you need to hear. Listen for yourself, pray, think, and do something. Thanks Preston and The Exodus Road crew for this podcast and the important work you’re doing around the globe.

    Top notch organization
I learned of Exodus Road a few years ago at Big Ticket Festival in Gaylord, MI. Remedy Drive played a video during their concert and I spoke with a man at the Exodus Road booth. This opened my eyes to the problem of human trafficking in this world. This podcast is very well done and opens my eyes even more. The variety of content is appreciated—from the rescue operation to the rescued lives, it inspires me and keeps me praying. Keep it up, please! I can’t always read the website for updates but can listen to the podcast easily!

    Educational, Digestible, Inspiring
There is so much evil in sex trafficking, and I sometimes I feel there is no hope. This podcast is a little look into what people are doing all around the world to end human trafficking — and not just military people and cops, but average human beings. It is so inspiring and helps lay people really understand what is going on. I pray that this podcast reaches millions so that a massive change can take over this horrifying evil. Thank you so much for these stories & for the hope they give us. Keep fighting for freedom!

    Heavy, but incredibly inspiring.
“What we realized is that no one is looking for the victims.” Wow. This podcast is incredibly moving, and inspiring. It’s one thing to hear about trafficking and be against it, it’s something entirely different to hear the firsthand accounts of what this means on human lives and the systemic change underway to rescue children. Thank you Matt, Preston and the Exodus Road for sharing and educating.

    Genuine
Wow. It's one thing to read about human trafficking, and another to hear it from someone who has witnessed it firsthand. The heart this ordinary, committed man and this extraordinary organization have for trafficked victims is genuine, and it shows in the gut-wrenchingly real stories they have to tell.

    Sacrificial Love
What connects a lot of people to the story of Jesus is His past, present, and future acts of sacrificial love. What I heard in the podcast is the people of this podcast living that sacrificial love out in such vulnerable and real ways. This story brings you in on the evil atrocities that go on in this world and it connects us to the hearts of people that are going out and fighting that evil. Such hard situations to hear, but these stories must be told to inspire others to join along in the fight against trafficking in our world. Multiple times during the podcast I found myself in tears. I found myself hurting for those children. Those poor, real, hurting, enslaved children. As a parent, I imagined being in the shoes of the children’s parents and having the feeling of hopelessness. I thought about my kids being stolen away to be abused like that. My God. The horror. But these stories need to be shared so people can connect to them and fight against this evil. Thank you to all involved at Exodus Road for being the hands and feet of Jesus. Thank you for sharing Christ’s sacrificial love with those children and all others you make contact with. Thank you for being the light in very dark places.

    Gut-wrenching
I learned of The Exodus Road several years ago, and heard a brief version of the story of its beginning, along with many stories of rescue, but never have I heard anything that compares to this podcast. Hearing the emotion, the commitment, and the heart in the voice of the co-founder is truly moving. Imagining, as he does, that these children are ones of our own, our friends, our neighbors should bring you to tears. It should bring you to action.

Hard to hear but so, so good and important.

    So Valuable.
So many people need to hear more stories like this. Justice is in the hands of the ordinary, people like you and me. There is no special qualification to help another human. Can’t wait for the next episode.

    Until They All Are Free
Here is a present day Hudson Taylor in China or Amy Carmichael in India-a true pioneer pushing back the darkness of a hideous evil of our day. Thank you, Matt Parker, for sharing this compelling story with honesty, courage, and great sacrifice as you seek the vulnerable among us. We are proud to know and support The Exodus Road.

    True Example
As a survivor of just one abuser I’ve always been sensitive to human trafficking and it’s unfortunate reach throughout the world. This organization and its story is a true example of the difference between feeling sad about something and actually turning those feelings into action. I look forward to its continued successful missions and work as well as it’s success in spreading awareness of human trafficking so more and more traffickers can begin to feel what too many innocents have felt for years.

    Great story
This podcast was so well worth listening to. Thank you for sharing. I travel to Thailand and Cambodia for my mission helping families living in extreme poverty in poverty-stricken villages surrounding Siem Reap. I have also witnessed very young girls and boys walking down the street in Thailand with older men. Just breaks my heart. Thank you for this excellent podcast. You are doing God’s work....thank you for rescuing these children.

    Compelling, heartbreaking, beautiful.
Really interesting to hear how and why The Exodus Road was created — and to learn details of how they operate. The transparency in what is shared is so compelling, and the stories of survivors are both heartbreaking and beautiful. Not easy to hear, but important that we do.
  • JamieMarie77
