awak23Life Changing!!I binge listened to this podcast last year and will relisten to a few because 1. You forget, 2. You always learn something new you missed the first time and 3. It keeps you in the right mindset. I always wondered why I either never had the “willpower” to diet and exercise or why I never lost any weight in the rare occasion I could diet and workout hard. It was so frustrating that at one point, I just accepted that that’s how I was and just gave in to all my cravings. Then I found Tallene and Sirak! I could relate to everything and I was so blown away with how their method worked. I’m definitely still a work in progress, but having them by my side has helped me be ok with slipping up and finding my own groove. Thank you so much!!!!
-
AlitadagThank you!!You guide me in this total new life ! I want to be pregnant and I am changing my diet and lifestyle with your help. Thank you both! ❤️

Sree M.Love it! So relatableI have been following Tallene for quite a while and as someone who has been struggling with PCOS myself, I cannot express enough how valuable her advice has been in navigating this condition and improving my overall health. Tallene's content stands out as being informative, practical, and incredibly helpful. She has a genuine passion for educating and empowering others, and it is evident in every post and video she shares. Her knowledge about PCOS and its impact on nutrition is extensive, and she has a unique ability to break down complex concepts into easily understandable information.

Em 🫶🏼My life changedI was diagnosed with PCOS at 18yrs old. I am 27 now. It’s been very lonely. Not having the right resources/guidance has made this journey so overwhelming, difficult, & depressing. Thanks to this community I found ovasitol. I’ve been on it for a month & have already noticed a huge difference in my cravings. The community, support, & knowledge I’ve discovered here has made my journey so much easier. No doctor or specialist (gynecologist) ever gave me any of the info I’ve discovered here. The small adjustments I’ve made have made the BIGGEST difference. All I needed was to understand my body better but no one was helping me. I’m so incredibly grateful. Tallene & Sirak you two have quite literally changed my life. Thank you for such a beautiful community.
-
risafeathersNew followerI love their instagram page and really look forward to learning more from them and starting inositol to see the results.

SkylarEMso stinkin helpfulI wish there was an option for more stars because they deserve it! I was diagnosed about 6 months ago and have felt like I was drowning with all the information. They make it so easy to follow and I already feel so much better. This podcast has been so helpful and so calming. I just can't say enough about it. love love love love love.
-
p_davThe bestThe amount of advice and support there is in these podcasts truly makes me happy. Makes me feel like I’m not alone. I got diagnosed a year ago and I’m still struggling, so this is a big help!
-
MetteH84Simple to understand, great resourcesI was diagnosed with PCOS 7 years ago and wish I knew about this podcast and community sooner! have been researching PCOS for years and the first thing I noticed with this podcast was that everything they suggested perfectly aligned what I’ve learned on my own. I didn’t know what to do with what I had learned over the years, but the Cysterhood has helped a ton! It provides so much helpful information and recourses that is provided in a way that is SIMPLE to understand and customize to your needs. They provide the tools to understand your individual PCOS type and how to reverse symptoms. I finally feel like I understand what PCOS is, how it really affects my own body, and how to reverse my symptoms.

Randomgonzalez13Highly recommend going dairy and gluten free!I had commented on a Instagram post of yalls back then. I have lost 85 pounds! Hormonal eating and reducing sugar intake. Increasing fiber and protein as well as 30 minute walks with slow weighted workouts! I’ve been on ovasitol for about a year now. And I have had so much progress from this than the Birthcontrol I was placed on since I was 11. I stopped taking it when I turned 21 and started this when I was 23. Now almost 25 I have never felt more better than I do now. Thank you so much for everything 💜💜💜
