I found out about this from Megan Batoon’s podcast. I can’t believe I’m so late to it because I’ve known about Ava & Heather individually for yearss. This is the podcast I’ve needed!! I’ve been binging away and love it!

Heather and Ava make such a wonderful environment for the listeners, and really makes you feel like part of the conversation. You two ladies are so talented and it is so cool to get to hear from you each week about DWTS, your personal lives, and everything in between. Thursday’s are 10x better now, thanks to the weekly guests. You guys are remarkable, and should be very proud of all you accomplished!

This podcast is just great for dancer and non dancers alike. Heather and Ava are hilarious and so real, and I love the amazing stories and life lessons from both them and their guests. I’ve never listened to a podcast until I found this and am completely hooked. Everyone should listen to this!!

There is a place for this podcast. Both Ava x Hemo give incredible interviews and their guests are inspiring regardless of your dance skills, or lack thereof. Especially in the middle of the week when you need an extra boost, the hosts and their guests are just what you need. We’re all struggling with something and we all have dreams and you can tune in and always hear a word or statement that gives you the push you need. So good and excited about where this can go.

I LOVE to hear about dance!!!!! Love the show recaps and guest interviews. It’s so cool to hear about what the life of a dancer is like and also what happens behind the scenes of shows, shoots, auditions etc. I can’t get enough!

What I love about this podcast is that except for Nico I don’t know any of these people but I’ve been entertained and learned something new in every episode. And I’m very impressed that I knew what the Virginia Reel was and no one on the show did! That now completes all of my knowledge of dance.

A really enlightening podcast! I am a big fan of dance and I can’t get enough of it! I love learning the ins and outs of the dance world and industry. It’s great to have a platform where dancers interview dancers. Heather and Ava make a great duo and I’m looking forward to seeing more ❤️.

Hey guys thanks for creating this podcast I am not a dancer but a fan of watching dance. I love this podcast because it’s not just dance it’s real talk, the guest interviews are more like a conversation and I love the clarity of HeMo’s voice on tape.

I wish I could dance but my second left foot gets in the way lol. The best thing about this show is you don’t have to be a dancer to enjoy this show. Listening to these dancers talk about topics covering diet, exercise, mental health , success, failures etc are things we can all relate too. Heather and Ava are amazing hosts and keep the conversation flowing and are hilarious and feed off each other so well. Thursday’s have turned into the best day of the week. Great job ladies!! Hey guys! Love the show it’s great and I’m a huge fan of Heather and Glee! #Gleeks! My partner and I are huge fans of all things dance, neither of us are dancers. I was wondering what your thoughts are on shows with juniors like DWTS Juniors. We LOVE seeing the kids dance. If you watched SYTYCD Juniors what was your opinion on them putting Mackenzie Ziegler into the competition as a “pop singer” even though she is a highly trained dancer? I personally thought it was ridiculous and I knew they wouldn’t let her win. My partner was upset she loves the Ziegler girls. We love kid dance shows but they always only seem to run for one season like SYTYCD juniors Shelby

I started dancing when I was in 1st or 2nd grade. My BFF introduced me to dance and I was hooked. Going to competitions, regionals and nationals, I loved it! My goal was to be a back-up dancer/ in music videos (my screen name may or may not have had MVDancer in it)/ go on tour and then become a sought-after choreographer. Needless to say, my dreams/ goals took a different route. Thank you ladies for starting this podcast - after listening to this first cast it has given me insight on what life would’ve been like as an aspiring dancer. As a mid-30 former dancer - out of shape mom of 3, I enjoy living vicariously through your experiences and can’t wait to listen to more!!! 💜💃🏻

I love this podcast! I’ve been a dancer since age 3 but have not been dancing for a few years. Dance will always be a part of me, though, and this podcast is just what I need! It’s so awesome to hear these dancers chat about life, and I’m so excited for the future guests!
