Matt gerlachThis podcast is so neededBurnout is such a real thing. We’re taught that we just need to keep pushing and that mental health doesn’t matter, but it does. Having been someone who became so burnt out and was shamed for it that I kept pushing ignoring my needs. Let me tell you it’s something real. Thank you for the work you’re doing in the world and this is the definite must listen

Rutgersjd2009Feeling fried? Exhausted? Confused and lacking direction of next steps? Here is your NEXT STEPI stumbled upon Fried during the first week of my medical leave for symptoms related to my burnout. I quickly fixated on this amazing, candid podcast which helped me actually identify my burnout as duh burnout and began to not only educate myself but begin thinking deeper about my own role in burnout in addition to workplace factors. I later took advantage of the free call with Cait and decided I needed— wanted— her to coach me and hold me accountable with my goals and move me forward with new better habits and living in accord with my core values. Please please please listen to this podcast or share with others who may desperately need this support. ❤️

Cait and her podcast have been a crucial part of my journey with building better boundaries and holding space for personal growth, two things that keep me on the road to prevent another burnout. I love listening to the straight from Cait (and Sarah) real talk episodes and the variety of guests keeps me coming back for more podcast listening. If you haven’t yet hit the follow button for weekly episodes, do it now. You will thank your fried self for this later.

Randi6060UnclearI wish people who did podcasts would tune in to the fact that many people are hearing impaired. Even with my mild impairment, these podcasts are very difficult to hear. That makes me have to stop listening. There are so many mics and devices now to help with clarity, podcasters would do themselves and others a huge favor by being more clear. Please!

EmfactorySo happy I discovered this podcast!I went through some serious burnout in 2021 and spend my days walking around the park while my sitter was at the house and instead of going to work. I did a ton of self care and slowing down but i felt the burnout never left me bc it would be right back in 2 seconds months later when i thought i had solved it. I had to learn and still am learning to know myself, exercise, live in alignment, and do what is best for me and my family. I’ve already learned some basic things today that i can incorporate into my recovery. :) thank you!

-
BoschimicaGreat current, host interrupts guests a lotThe content on this show is amazing for people who are grappling with the effects of burnout and burnout prevention. What I appreciate is that they cover the many different facets of burn out, not just being overworked which is only one reason for feeling burnt out. The host, however, I think has a tendency to make each episode about herself rather than making the guest the focus. She interrupts guests a lot to tell her own story or opinions, which can be frustrating because I’m usually interested in hearing the guest’s story and advice.
-
EricaBushwellAwesome podcast!Cait, host of the Fried. The Burnout podcast, highlights all aspects of mental health and more in this can’t miss podcast! The host and expert guests offer insightful advice and information that is helpful to anyone that listens!

Burnout is an occupational hazard for caring humans and those who have trouble setting limits and boundaries (hand raised) Cait is wise, funny and tackles a challenging topic in an engaging way. Both her solo shows and her guest interviews are value-packed and full of practical wisdom.
-
