Myers621Content is great - production not so muchThe content is great, however the production is so awful that it distracts from the content. Random music is played over folks talking, there doesn’t feel like there is any structure or outline being followed. A lot of weird cuts and gaps within the podcasts that make me think the app has stopped working. I want to keep listening but it’s super hard to stay focused because of the production.

Miley#123GratitudeI listen to all of Tammy’s episodes and get so much out of them. So grateful to her and her guests for giving so much of their knowledge, insights, time and expertise to this IFS community. Just listened to the last episode with Derek. Taking his Stepping Stones course, advanced weekends and watching his you tube videos has enlightened my experience as a human being. His courage to share his journey has already helped so many of my parts as well as the parts of my clients. He continues to show himself as an ancestral guide. Never could I have imagined that someone who I had no personal contact with could provide such clarity, courage and connection in my own system. I will feel forever grateful to him, his IFSCA team and to Tammy for allowing us to witness this beautiful interview 🤍🤍

thegatheringplaceIFS and Helping AdopteesI just listened to S5 E144 featuring therapist and adoptee, Kathy Mackechney, and felt so seen and heard as an adult adoptee myself. Hearing the message of how important the IFS model can be in helping adoptees specifically, was encouraging and validating. Thank you for this episode speaking to the marginalized group of us who were adopted, as well as to those who love them. And, thank you Kathy Mackechney, for dedicating your lived experiences to the much needed role of becoming an adoptee competent therapist. Your community thanks you!

DeewighthcgdghiciIFS Podcast! Yay!As a psychotherapist who uses IFS with my clients AND as a client who has gone through IFS treatment myself with my own therapist, I was so excited to learn there was a podcast about it out there. I heard of IFS first in my own therapy, and I’m elated to hear people talking about it more and more often these days. Great show, wonderful guests. It can be difficult to arrange unique episodes on such a specifically themed show, but they do a great job on here every time. Looking forward to more.

Marilyn Unger-RiepeIFS and Silenced Stories with Anne HallwardTammy Sollenber and Anne Hallward. WOW! Anne has so much to say that is so wise and healing. Tammy does a beautiful job connecting to and facilitaing Anne's telling her beautiful stories about Safe Space Radio. LIstineing to their authentic voices brought my parts a sense of enlivening hope.( Self Energy) HIghly recommend!

baja deanneGreat IFS podcastThis show has helped me normalize my parts and my internal conversations with them. It has helped me feel normal and ok in my IFS journey and has exposed me to many great concepts, books, and additional content providers.
-
CuriousNewDayGreat info/discussionsI really appreciate this podcast and I am learning a lot about IFS and all its applications. They only suggested change is the random music while folks are taking. I don’t understand why the music is laid over the talking and it’s super distracting and makes it difficult to hear. Other than that I just really appreciate this offering. Thank you.

TjarlieEncompassingTammi shared her own experiences and her knowledge as a therapist in a very honest way. Her gentleness and genuine respect for the guests always amazes me. I have gotten so much personal awarenesses by listening. IFS is fascinating and Tammi is bringing it to the public in a very relatable way.

Dr Lap Dance SkiA giftThanks, Tammy, for spending so much time and energy to bring us this diverse series of intimate and personal interviews with such interesting IFS folk. As a layperson who is just getting started with (but intensely interested in) IFS, the large number of episodes that explain the same basic ideas again and again from very different perspectives feels like a gift to my learning parts. Your curiosity leads the way, and it’s a pleasure to journey with you.

Dale18328New Year giftNew to the podcast and catching up on past episodes. Tammy’s interview with Nadine Lucas on IFS and 12 Step Recovery back in January gave me back a connection robbed from me decades ago. As a clergy sexual abuse survivor and Nadine in recovery for sugar addiction, we both needed to get away from the god of our youth while still missing a valued relationship. She reframed it by saying “parts surrender to Self and Self surrenders to Source”. Tammy and Nadine thank you for giving me this fresh, soothing and useful way of making something old and painful feel renewed and possible again.
-
IFS nerdUseful IFS podcastI have enjoyed many episodes on this podcast! I have parts that criticize the music and wish the audio editing was more professional. I still enjoy the content.

farty mcbeanSuch a beautiful podcast!!!I just finished listening to the episode w Milena Worsham and it’s inspired me to comment—on how much I appreciate IFS, how much I appreciate Tammy, how much I appreciate raw and authentic stories... stories that are relevant and wise and help remind me of who I really am.. and how beautiful this world is.. and the incredible opportunities of this lifetime! Rebecca ChingA must listenTammy is a breath of fresh air, offering a space for real conversations, the complexities of being human. She normalizes the hard and these episodes offer hope in our ability to heal, grow, and change on the windy road of living a messy and untidy but wholehearted life.

@godsgirl343Relationships!This is a wonderful podcast to learn digging deeper into self and solutions in your relationships. Learning to listen and not taking things so personally.... and knowing the solution is there!
-
mesakerryThe BestThe One Inside is such a great podcast. Tammy does such a good job of really delving into the complexities of IFS yet still manages to make the podcast feel easy and enjoyable to listen to. Her guests continually provide great insight and great dialogue, but always leave some questions to unpack later. What a great resource for the IFS community. Tammy you are truly talented at what you do!!
-
Holistic Brain BalanceAmong much good IFS online content, this shines tooTammy over and over demonstrates her own emotional transparency which I find so necessary for self-healing and client support. So many of the speakers topics are applied to Tammy’s issues and this becomes highly educational.
-
HB2700Very insightfulTammy is a wonderful speaker, very down to earth, just a natural. I have enjoyed all of the topics and guest speakers so far. Such interesting topics!
-
Shelly3567Love it!Tammy is a natural on the mic! What I love about her podcast is that it’s not just for therapists or clients or those in the field-it’s for everyone! To help spread the word about the IFS therapy model and give us all an idea about what it is and how we can use it to help us sort out the complexities of our own mind. Bravo!
-
HCtherapyWonderful!Tammy’s ability to deliver valuable information in an accessible way is a pleasure to listen to!
