I don’t listen to many podcasts that are in this format but I love Roberta’s breakdown of cases! Innocence fraud needs to be exposed! ❤️ from Texas!

The whining of reviewers is just so typical these days. "I don't agree with you, so you are wrong!" Needy victims. Roberta has the right to her opinion just as you reviewers do. You don't like what she has to say? Don't freaking listen and go away. PS Karen Read is a narcissistic human being-Whether or not she had anything to do with J.O'Keefe's death or not. Listening to the March 3rd episode and wondering how people like this can continue to disseminate misinformation disguised as facts! The defense DOES NOT have to disclose their witness lists jor anything related to them UNTIL AFTER the prosecution has delivered ALL of its discovery material! That is what is referred to as Rule 14!

IMO it’s the worst podcast ever

Everyone is guilty on this show. If you like to convict, this show is for you. Also hints of racism and outright white nationalism with some of her purported expert guests. Low production values too as the voices can sound slurred and low in the mix. Demeaning to women too in her comments regarding witnesses testifying in the Charley Adelson trial (he’s guilty). FREE DONNA

Don’t read transcripts out loud if you can’t read without stumbling over every other word.

Waste of time. An entire podcast dedicated to calling Karen Read a killer without discussing evidence. Karen Read is fundraising to pay for her defense you fool. But not a peep at the cost the tax payers are paying for a botched investigation by the commonwealth. Horrrrrible podcast!!!

I agree about Adnan Syed, he did it, but almost every other case, I disagree with Roberta. Such a closed minded individual running a podcast. I should have known she would think Karen Read is guilty, even though all evidence points to a cover up! I’m unsubscribing…

Host is Bizarrely anti-Karen Read. Not sure who in the Canton Police Department hired Roberta, but this podcast is nothing short of propaganda.

After the horrific texts from the lead investigator Proctor and no evidence whatsoever against Karen Read this id&ot Roberta still says she is guilty. I have never listened to someone so dishonest and emotionally unintelligent as this Glass woman. Is she trolling or really this st@@pid? I think the later. Just stop cat lady you lost!

she has decent points at times but it feels like her political leaning guides her into arguing blindly and unfairly. makes it hard to trust her ability to judge people and cases fairly.

I just watched capturing the Friedmans for the first time and searched for a podcast discussing it and came upon the August 2024 postcast discussing this documentary and its director. While I have no feelings either way about the director, the implications they were making about him while at the time recounting incorrect information at the facts portrayed in the documentary I had just watched in order to support their theories was maddening to listen to. I have no independent knowledge of this case but anyone with any knowledge of NY would know what Kathleen Rice was a tough on crime rep DA with aspirations for higher office so there is not way she would issue a report criticizing the Nassau County police and justice system. They also made comments that Great Neck is a super rich area (upper middle class at best), couldnt correctly recount how many years Friedman was running the computer program, that the director gave no reason as to why the children would report this abuse. I had to ask myself if they were talking about the same documentary I just watched. If you are going to speak on a podcast critiquing a doc and director, you should have a better grasp of your subject matter otherwise you are as bad as you claim Jarecki to be.

The host doesn’t seem to be prepared for the topics at hand and therefore the show moves at a turtle’s pace.

You can’t run a podcast by asking questions to your boyfriend (who is offline and inaudible). If you need offline help, then maybe you shouldn’t be running a podcast.

Karen Read fans are the worst. Like get a life, she’s a murderer. I don’t like this podcast at all, she is so smug and insufferable, but people who call someone biased because they don’t agree are contemptible.

In the episode I listened to, the host did not know what day it was and made a long really meandering, off-topic commentary on something completely unrelated to the show topic. Some of the views she expressed were racist. I enjoy true crime podcasts but this one was not for me.

This person is not a logical thinker. She has built in prejudices and only speaks in generalities. Most of these are wishful thinking on her part. The fact is that like a lot of people, Karen Read is a self facing person. And is suffering from survivor guilt. She knew and had an ingrained feeling that entering an unknown situation at the house would be awkward and possibly dangerous. Many of us have felt the same way, I am sure, at various times in their lives. This is the basis of her Expressing her grief in the question, she posed immediately after the murder by the Albert’s. At the moment, I am writing this, I am also listening to Roberta giggling, which is extremely inappropriate considering the subject matter. So, I’m going quit this now and Vow never to bring up this podcast again.

She just has alot of misleading information. She also said something in between the lines of stop talking about true crime, but here she is talking about it too

I am not an expert in the Adelson / Dan Markel murder case so it’s surprising to me that I can call out some of the things she says as simply wrong. It’s just a random person talking a lot about her uninformed opinions. Also, a pet peeve: the word is ENMESHED, not AMESHED. Oy vey.

This podcast is just awful. Roberta is very disorganized. She really needs to make outlines or stick to them better. Even in cases where I agree with her views, the way she presents things is often extremely biased. She’s defiantly not someone who could be your sole source to understand a case in a wholistic way. She also talks so slowly and takes such long pauses that I listen to it on 2.3x speed and STILL the pauses are incredibly long. I wish she would write an outline, figure out what you want to say, and stop pausing for two minutes at a time. Listened to a handful of episodes but needless to say I gave up fast.

Please don’t ever stop the DA impersonations.

I started listening to this for the Adelson coverage because I’ve been following it for a long time. I really enjoyed Roberta’s take on it. I listened to a few other episodes as well. Then I got to the Rust coverage and couldn’t believe what I was hearing. She obviously doesn’t align with Baldwin’s political views which is totally fine. The problem for me was when she started to imply this was a deliberate act even suggesting that he may have made advances on the victim and could have been rejected. Therefore implying this wasn’t an accident. I think this is incredibly irresponsible. There’s a lot of crazy people out there so no need to make baseless insinuations. I’m not sure I can continue to support this podcast even though I initially enjoyed it. I think when you have a platform you need to be careful of the accusations you carelessly throw out there. I RECENTLY FOUND OUT RG IS TEAM AMBER HEARD. UNSUBSCRIBING.

it took less than 1 minute to realize i was listening to a vile Karen spreading misinformation. sick doesn’t even began to cover it. I have never written a review like this. Mumia did not murder that officer. This pod cast is a yt supremacist dream🤮

Seems nice and had some interesting info but I couldn’t take all “crazy” sounds and songs and long pauses and commercials. Maybe I’ll check back in a couple of months to see if things improve.

Love this creator

Roberta’s podcast is so entertaining, Im always looking forward to the next episode. She’s funny as heck (especially when she’s imitating Donna) and always points out details I overlooked while watching the trails. Roberta has a great voice for podcast ..I could listen to her all day & I do sometimes. I love her!

I tried because I love true crime, but what an idiot!!! No thanks, there are SO MANY OTHER GOOD PODCASTS OUT THERE. How do people like this get a platform?

The information is good; however, the host is unbelievably tacky, childish, biased, and unprofessional.

At first a bit entertaining, but then you realize she is not providing facts. Just her feelings. Her very biased feelings.

I’m not a conspiracy theory kind of person and I’ve never followed a trial… until now. I’m not listening to any pro Karen Read shows. I sought out objective resources and watched the trial MYSELF. There is no doubt Karen read is innocent to me. There is zero evidence to support John died due to being struck by a car. Actually that he was struck at all by a vehicle. Then there’s everything else. I can’t understand how ANYONE could conclude she’s guilty. I looked up google images of Robert’s Glass…. Now I understand, a women hating on an attractive women. Karen isn’t sad enough? It was 2.5 yrs ago and she’s legit framed for murder!!? When exactly was she supposed to grieve? Roberta Glass is a jealous, unattractive blowhard which explains why few listen to her podcast. The entire city of Canton is a victim of their local and state government.

Her commentary is dishonest and boring.

I love that she’s not on any media bandwagon she reports the facts and that’s what we need.

The fact that Roberta laughs hysterically with a man she frequently has in her show, Grant Smith Ellis, who attacked a woman in court during the Karen Read trial, is disgusting. Roberta thinks every woman is instantly guilty. Word of advice: instead of immediately convicting people on the airways, seek therapy first and identify which female figure in your life hurt you. Stop spewing this nasty venom and get professional help

Roberta couldn’t possibly care less about what is popular, what the media is saying or clicks/views etc. She simply says what she believes is true and right and I respect that. And she backs up her opinions with facts. Podcasts have become so boring and predictable just going along with whatever the online mob says.
