I love this podcast, and i love the sound of a pug snoring!!!

I love this beautiful podcast; it is absolutely serene and peaceful, even though these are often rough topics to discuss. I’m surprised that all the reviews are not five star. like my mother always says “it doesn’t have to be perfect to be perfect”.

I’ve been a listener for 3 years and find the stories are always interesting. (I also don’t mind the telling of them isn’t a professionally polished delivery as it adds to the charm—much like stories you’d listen told ‘round a family fireplace before heading off to sleep).

I love to listen to narrators with lovely UK accents tell me stories as I fall asleep. And I adore how this one feels like a loved one is telling me a story. It’s not over produced, he’s not putting on a show, there’s no affectation in to the cadence and no obnoxious ads!!! It’s just a man who clearly loves this stuff, and loves sharing it with us. And I eagerly await every episode. Please never stop.

I love this narrator! He is genuinely invested in his ‘Strange Stories’. This is one of the most interesting podcasts. That it tries to cover all strange stories in the UK, all I can say is it never fails. The odd rooster crow only punctuates the mesmerising tales he spins.

Interesting podcast! No annoying babbling or trying to sell endless items! So what if this podcast is not “professionally” produced like mentioned in other reviews! The stories are good and the host is no nonsense, straight to the point...I LIKE IT!

So distracting that the host constantly stumbles over his own narrative.

I really enjoy this podcast. It’s not a polished, perfectly produced podcast, but it’s well researched and the cases are often ones that are new to me. (Granted, I’m American.) The presenter seems like a down to earth guy who could be any one of my friends. He’s the kind of guy I’d want to have a beer with and share stories. You can tell he puts real thought and time into his podcast, and I appreciate the result!

I do not understand why there aren’t any reviews. This is very interesting, calming, and just overall great. Also, the dedication for no reviews- there is so much to listen to! Love it. A great study break before bed.
