I really enjoy Nicole’s perspective and great interview questions. Down to earth for those who aren’t the best cooks, but love good food. After listening to the first two episodes, I’m even feeling a little motivated to try cooking the 5 mother sauces. Oh, and the Sazerac piece is really interesting. That’s my go-to weekend cocktail. Will put this podcast on my favorite list.
