I work on the road and been listening when i was just 2 dudes and beautiful maya. All dudes are cool but i think theyve gotten used to 5. I think they need a ‘normal’ dad. Like order food delivery and get that dude to sit down and talk. Lol

I got put on the pod by looking for anything Tony Baker was in and found it. Loved it for the first six episodes I listened to. Then it just became about a group of old guys complaining about society and how things used to be. I know their comedians and maybe that’s suppose to be the premise of the podcast, idk. But, as the format stands I’m not really a fan of this.

I listen to all different types of podcasts from wrestling, action figures, video games and music so one day I was all caught up on my pods so I needed to find a new pods to listen to then I typed D in my search and the first pod that came up was Daddy Issues, so I gave you guys a try and been hooked since.

Incredible group of guys touching on everything going on. It’s great to hear the perspective of different men that don’t always agree but respect each other enough to argue but not fight. Keon Polee has quietly become one of my favorite people to listen give his opinions. As a whole this group is a shining example of what true friends should be. Only bad thing is they don’t do this 3 times a week!

Great podcast just way to much sports talk and it’s just out of the blue…bam 40 min of sport talk and in depth too like it’s a sports podcast it’s a lot when you don’t care about basketball

Whaddupdoe fellas! love the show. Keeps me laughing every week I can’t miss a episode. I listen primarily thru audio and it gets me thru my long 12 hr. shifts at work you all are very entertaining together. I have a question , my son is turning 12 and wants to be in entertainment in some form, he has the wildest imagination of being the richest most famous actor/producer the world has ever seen… trust me I know this bcuz he can non stop tell me his dream/ fantasy/movie/ sitcom premise for 30 mins. straight!lol I want to know what advice would you guys give a young black boy dreaming of Hollywood fame? I leaning him toward learning writing/producing. I encourage him to physically write his ideas to keep in journals. What do you all think? Keep up the good chemistry guys. My sons name is King Joshua and just call me RayDogg(313) PS..funny moments so far “sweetest taboo”, and “as a group we are not enjoying this” lmao…RayDogg

The first episode I listened to was Getting Kids Their First Car. The part where Tony talked about peeing in the bed! “I pee’d”! Going to YouTube to see if there’s a video version. I need Tony Baker’s facial reactions. I hardly laugh out loud but that story had me cracking.

Really liking this podcast. I don’t have any kids but it’s cool to hear their perspective. As a Filipino man, cool hearing the props on our food and the specific reference to Pansit, lumpia and chicken adobo

I LOVE this podcast. It reminds me of just hanging with the crew and waxing poetic. Always relevant and entertaining, thoughtful and funny. You feel like these are the people I grew up with. Gets me through “fill in the blank”. Great jobs guys, and Mya.

It’s nice and refreshing to hear how they both break down few topics, but keep it light at the same time. Their respect each other’s differences of opinions and share res experiences. It’s been interesting to hear how they feel about being dads as well. It’s a great reference point being a fairly new dad myself. Love it!

Man. This is the most laid back listen ever. Just the right parts of humor and depth. Give you enough without over talking the subject. No one overtalks and we even get an appearance from Mya.

This has become my favorite podcast, I love the seamless blend of fun, humor and conversation. I don’t plan on being a father (yet) but I love the stories and wisdom offered. Maya took a bit to get used to but she’s become such a great addition to the show.

I like the podcast but I feel that the girl producer that talks from time to time is not really adding value. In fact, she seems very uncultured when it comes to the African community and I’ve been offended by her a couple times

Haven’t listened yet but I loved Keon on our cruise ship. He was funnier than the actual acts.

Fellas I love the podcast. The topics are dope, jokes keep me going. I drive a truck so sometimes it hard to hear over the roar from these big stacks. I normally listen via YouTube because it’s normally louder.

The only thing I don’t like about this podcast is that I didn’t find it sooner — it’s one of the best kept secrets in these podcast streets. As a single mom, I love hearing black fathers talk about their viewpoints on fatherhood. Keep them coming!

I love his podcast so far. Listening to them helps me to Understand the perspective of men, as fathers and hard-working men. As women we don’t always understand the minds of our husbands or our fathers but with this podcast we get insight with a healthy dose of laughter which is always good for the soul. Keep it up y’all!

I listen to this podcast on the bus, before bed and even during class😂 A great listen anytime, anywhere! Tony and Keon have amazing energy!

I admire that every week these men come in the studio to provide us their perspective on fatherhood with insightful anecdotes and laughs.

My only problem with the podcast is that it’s not three hours long and four times a week. Great chemistry between the hosts and audio through headphones is outstanding. The concept, dad stuff from a dad’s perspective sprinkled with comedy, is a fresh concept for a podcast. If the hosts could find a way to do a two or three hour podcast; maybe a few times a week, I would listen to every minute of every episode...twice.
