Sick-cycleHelpful and also not helpfulI watched a video regarding stockholm syndrome and the tatic given to break free from it by ending all communication doesnt help someone like myself who is bound with children and homeownership. I found the information to be helpful in learning more about it and that its not just in my head. I just wish there was more help and information on how to go about breaking this bond and cycle when you have to have communication with that person due to children or finances.

Adri-listenzFacts have left the buildingI found Inner Integration years ago in the early stages of healing from narc abuse and it was immensely helpful to validate my feelings and give me the confidence to take my next steps to heal. UNFORTUNATELY since 2020, Meredith’s content on multiple platforms for Inner Integration has devolved into spreading a lot of disinfo in what seems to be Meredith’s attempt to point out larger systems of narcissistic abuse. The points about larger scale abuse are mostly political dog whistles while she avoids making direct statements or claims about what she thinks is happening. Most points are anecdotal and all are missing any sort of substantial factual evidence: peer reviewed, reputable studies, fact-checked sources of news, respected subject matter experts… actual statistics… actual numbers… I feel like I need to be 3 layers deep into a Facebook conspiracy theory rabbithole to even understand the coded points she’s trying to make about Covid being a widespread global conspiracy that was invented to control the sheeple, or whatever. What happened to Inner Integration?? Recycling talking points from pundits like Jordan Peterson doesn’t bring any value to this podcast. This podcast should have stayed on topic: it shined when Meredith spoke about interpersonal narcissistic abuse, not about some weird theory she has about global control of the masses. Very disappointed in the sharp turn Meredith took.

Southern belle christyOriginal, practical podcast focused on healingLove Inner Integration. Meredith has original and thoughtful insights and doesn’t just parrot information. She is focused on healing and moving forward, not just on complaining and staying stuck. I recommend this podcast to anyone who is healing from narcissistic abuse from their partner, family, coworker, etc.

tgiw21The light went on!Wow — why didn’t I know about this woman sooner?! She’s so clear, direct, succinct. I’m blown away that in less than half a podcast I feel like the light finally went on inside of me and I get it now. I understand things about my life — past and present — that I’ve never understood before. My healing started before listening to Meredith but I’m telling you, this catapulted me into another stage/phase because of her clarity and simplicity in this podcast. You’ll thank her and yourself for listening.

DarraeHGodsend!Wish I’d have known about her sooner, FANTASTIC! Very best among a growing number on narcopath abuse recovery resources! Compassionate, heart to heart succinct insightful -real time relief & first I’ve heard ( and as a slowly recovering survivor I’ve heard a LOT ) who actually offers concrete solutions to the hellish soul destroying experience of narcisistic abuse -she is helping restore the confidence and wholeness I lost - this is pure gold - God Bless you Meredith THANK YOU for your outstanding resources, and the altruistic use of your valuable hard won wisdom- 💖

Magnolia EmbersMy Connection to SanityI’ve found that even after escaping a dysfunctional family and surviving a relationship that almost killed me, I’m mostly alone on my path of “awareness.” Listening to Meredith’s podcast really helps me to feel connected and grounded to sanity and a reality I know so many refuse to see. She is a lifeline even for those advanced in their healing in a society that continues to become sicker by the day. Thanks, Meredith, for continuing to be a beacon of light and keeping kindred spirits WOKE! ♥️

RedPill FTNPContinue to Speak the Truth Ep. 42The world is designed in a fractal nature. If there is an epidemic of narcissistic abuse in interpersonal relationships, then that epidemic will extend to societal levels as well. I greatly appreciate Meredith expanding into sharing about societal levels of narcissistic abuse. I think she’s spot on, but few are able to escape their societal programming to see. Turn off social media and subscribe to a weekly periodical (if you can find one) and see if your life is any different. If the news de jour didn’t make the weekly periodical then did it matter? The left right political continuum is a false construction. In my opinion, the proper continuum is anarchy on one end (Mogadishu) and totalitarianism (nazism, communism, fascism, and then socialism) on the other end with the rule of law in the middle. The challenge being the rule of law requires personal responsibility. I further appreciate her exploration of the dangers of fantasy with the antidote being truth and reality. Escaping fantasy and lies(on a personal and societal level) is not easy but I think Meredith’s teaching does a really good job of facilitating the process. Well done - courageous words

Not Your BlurbMeredith does nothing to “Integrate” the lessons in her own life.I had the displeasure of getting to know this absolutely manipulative, abusive, narcissistic, projecting, violently psychologically aggressive , controlling and pretentious woman a bit, only to pressure me and use my words out of context in her book and then proceed to abuse me verbally behind the scenes after I had the audacity once to compliment her on her success but also wondered aloud why my career had stalled and what was I doing wrong. She used that as an excuse to reveal to me her final form and self righteously tell me she did all the hard work herself (doesn’t mention how many people she’s stepped on and thrown under a bus to get there, however) and then proceeded to try and reduce me. She also did remote energy work on me without my permission, which is a form of body violation, which is rape, Meredith. She is a voracious monster like every Youtube guru out there. I strongly warn against working with this woman. Did I mention she was the ex of someone who grifted me? Great company. That’s why she wanted my blurb in her book but somehow couldn’t bring herself to give me credit as the source material. She lied in the book about our interaction, by the way. She states that we “never” talked about him (that’s all we talked about). After we met I felt used and dirty, it was the crassest careerist bait and switch ever. I warn everyone I can about this woman. Does NOT practice what she preaches. Beware.

HagstozConcernedI generally like what she has to say, I find it uplifting and validating. I happened to find her podcast after watching many of her videos on YouTube. I am a bit concerned with the way she just name dropped Jordan Peterson and began to address problems in the younger transgender population without any further elaboration on her reason for including them in her latest episode for New Years 2020. Peterson is a problematic figure in pop psychology and he seems to wear a cloak of authority that is unearned and often reverts back to unhealthy and disproven stereotypes and tropes that sound a lot like moralism and patriarchal notions of an ideal world. Personally I find him dangerous and repulsive. On the transgender topic she conflated the reality of transgender children with the danger of abusive parents. There is a way to approach this without questioning the validity of transgender children and the truth that regardless of any social label or condition that there will always be incredibly sick adults and state systems who will exploit and harm them. Just because she has heard of a few cases of each doesn’t mean we must suddenly see parents of transgender children who are helping them with certain age appropriate transitions as attention seeking abusers. A parent cannot just walk into a clinic demanding a transition for their child. This process involves many layers of therapy appointments, psychiatric assessments, and advice from pediatric doctors who specialize in this field. I enjoy the advice but I also hope she can stop this sort of thing. Many of us have recognized the truth in “as above, so below” in relation to our personal life and the problems affecting our world. It does suddenly seem like things are escalating and aligning along a massive narrative of narcissism writ large. I appreciate her saying so and giving examples. I just hope she doesn’t get so overwhelmed and inundated with her observations that she falls prey to the ideals of characters like Peterson who preach an excessively narrow minded approach to living in a better more “normal” world.

oh hey oh heyUgh.I was loving this podcast until I listened to the episode about the Joker. After going in depth about the film & the patterns of abuse portrayed (which was insightful & interesting), she took a hard turn & started explaining how we are all being gaslit by the media, saying that the media is dispelling conspiracy theories about impeachment rather than giving us the news about bank bailouts on Wall Street. Impeachment is actually happening. It’s not a conspiracy that the media is lying to us about. Are there conspiracies intertwined in the impeachment? For sure. Am I here listening to a podcast about narcissistic abuse because I want to hear Meredith telling me that the media is using impeachment as a shiny object? Hard nope. Unsubscribed.

OgerbogermeWorking towards recoveryI am about 4 months into a separation from a covert narcissist wife. We have been married for 15 years and in 2013 I was diagnosed with PTSD and Trauma Binding from a licensed therapist. I never really knew what that was and we continued to live life married. And I was continually being verbally and mentally abused. In 2015 we went to counseling again and the counselor told me I was being gaslighted and that began to open my eyes to what was really going on. It’s been such a journey to this point and i don’t know what tomorrow will bring, but I am so grateful for this podcast. It has served as a life source for me and has helped give me solid footing in the healing journey. Thank you for being open and continuing this podcast. It has helped me so much.

AdayaAdlerLost a listenerListening to episode #39, and had to unsubscribe, delete, and unsubscribe on YouTube. As a polyamorous person, I face discrimination everywhere, and I certainly don’t need any of it in my podcasts. Meredith states that she believes polyamory, among other things, are “ruining” relationships. That level of prejudice and ignorant disrespect is unconscionable. I am bitterly disappointed. I am starting a toxic relationship recovery group for people of alternative, and often unprotected, sexualities. I was hoping to use Meredith’s work to recommend to those who are more comfortable in Spanish, but now I realize that I can’t. People who are in ethically non-monogamous relationships live daily with the threat of being outed, publicly humiliated, and fired from our jobs. It’s happened to many of us. We make our relationship decisions based on deeply felt personal truths, and not from a lack of having monogamy crammed down our throats. I expected more from you.

garrinevanAmazing.Meredith Miller has a deep understanding of narcissistic abuse and explains every aspect of the abuse and how to recover from it. Her efforts have helped me tremendously, and I am proud to write that I am finally on my way to recovery after 47 years of lies and emotional manipulation at the hands of two narcissistic parents.

TRMSfanAssange is not a heroI have learned so much from your videos and now this podcast. I do appreciate your knowledge of narcissistic abuse. However, your hyperbolic description that Assange will be tortured is ridiculous. He is protected by laws that do not allow torture. Assange will have his day in court. The truth, not just his version, will be revealed. I feel that you have been triggered by his narcissistic personality. 🤷♀️

Happy MeganPlease do a seminar in Temecula, Ca ASAP! (Pechanga?)Meredith is a bright light in the world of mental health and healing. I’ve been in and out of therapy all my life trying to resolve that hole of emptiness. I’ve tried women’s groups, one on one cognitive and behavioral therapy, even completed and was released after doing EMDR. The emptiness remained. But her words alone caused an awakening in my mind and spirit that I’ve never experienced before. Even with the long road ahead of me still yet to be trod, I feel like I know who I am for the first time. I’ve since divorced and gone no contact from my narc husband, and gone low contact with my covert sister. What a relief to find out that I am not permanently broken but have PTSD that needs treated. I cannot wait until 2021 when MAPS gets the MDMA assisted therapy approved for general population. I wish I could find someone within my proximity that could facilitate it for me before then. But what’s another two years when you’ve waited 45 already? LOL Meredith, you’re the spirit this community has been waiting for! THANK YOU.

Hate A1 sauceChange cover photoThis is a helpful podcast despite the cover photo which reminds me of a religious recruitment flier. It's a shame. I think more people would subscribe if they weren't turned off by the photo.

Nori JLThis lady will change your life!Meredith is freaking phenomenal!! After years with my wonderful therapist that I see in person, I had a career realignment and my hours changed, so that I could no longer see her. Right around this time I discovered the Inner Integration YouTube channel and it was exactly what I needed for my ongoing mental care, and newfound conscious awareness. Meredith, from the bottom of my heart-THANK YOU. 💖
