E265-My two personal favorite podcasters in one episode!
Dhru and Mindy Peltz are two of my favorite people to listen to because of their honesty and transparency, and willingness to go deep with questions and curiosity. This episode gave me chills! Dhru asked all the right questions that listeners are really wanting to know more about. Mindy was able to respond in a way that instills so much inspiration for women, and men, to live our lives with intention and authenticity, especially as we gain years and wisdom. It was from Dhru’s podcast that I learned about Mindy several years ago, and it was so exciting to see another of his episodes with both of them together. Loved it!!! Thank you.

    Right wing
I was shocked to hear Dhru promoting RFK Jr and Trump just weeks before the election. His guest then went on to agree that people are “ambivalent” about the candidates. One candidate has been found guilty in a court of law of sexual assault, has removed women’s’ right to bodily autonomy, openly wants to be a dictator, denies global climate change, and praises Hitler’s generals. The democratic candidate promotes democracy and social justice. But RFK is opposed to vaccines, so…vote red??! Such an ignorant stance. I can never listen to Dhru again.

    Introversion isn’t a pathology (Sept 9-S2)
I was very surprised to hear Dr Carrie Jones use the word introversion as a negative change in a woman that may need to be corrected. As she proclaimed to be a very driven type A woman, introversion too often is viewed as a negative personality type by such personalities. This is a stigma based on ignorance that needs to be corrected in our society and most definitely does not need to be enforced by an outspoken advocate in the medical field. I sincerely hope Dr Jones becomes informed about introversion and addresses any biases she may hold.

    Love this podcast, but….
Love this podcast, but when will you be brave enough to discuss the childhood vaccine schedule or the COVID vaccine injuries and turbo cancer? I’d be willing to bet you already know about the harms of both, but are you willing to have a conversation about it? Calley and Casey are getting closer to talking about it. Come on, be brave. People need to know the truth.

    Consistently the best
Of all the podcasts I subscribe to, Dhru’s is the one I listen to the most. His subjects align with my interests more consistently than others, and he is a very decent interviewer, allowing the guest to talk but also politely steering the conversation when needed. Thank you Dhru!

    Love love love!
I just found this podcast have I am in love! I love the content and the guest. I love how he can have people in who don’t share his extract view but offer another prospective for his audience. Most of all I LOVE how silent he is when his guest talks he lets them ramble on with no interruptions so they can complete their thoughts and add even more. So many podcast with highly educated host that interrupt their guest so much that it’s turns me away. I really enjoy the lay out of your show and your respect for your guests.

    Love
Dhru-I have listened to your podcast from the beginning… But I must say -that I just finished listening to your conversation with Anita Moorjani and it was so powerful❣️ I remember watching her on a PBS special with Wayne Dyer 13 years ago-( that she referred to in your conversation )-but to hear her message all these years later was “beyond helpful”. Thank you for the amazing work that you do.💕 Maureen

So informative and easy to listen to
Really like how the info is presented. Specifically, the table of contents in the show notes makes it easy to dip in and listen to pieces. Also like how he keeps it simple and understandable.

    Not My favorite
This was so hard to hear and understand. The recording was poor co went to sleep. My husband was also listening and he couldn’t listen and understand either because we couldn’t hear it clearly. Need better audio recording. I listen to all your podcasts and most are not this bad.

    Love the show but….
Cmon. Stop having extreme views. I like hearing alternative idea but super extreme ideas turn me OFF! Keep the intellectual bent but ditch the political crazy people.

    One of the very best!
I’ve been listening to the podcast for about a year. This is one of the very best health and wellness podcasts! It is very enjoyable to listen to the podcasts or watch them on YouTube. Dhru is a great interviewer and brings on amazing guests. Dhru is very well prepared for the interviews. He’s able to get more information / details / relevant facts on a given topic than other good podcast hosts interviewing the same person about the same book / topic. I also appreciate that Dhru shares specific things that he has changed his mind on and why. Overall, the content is very valuable for anyone wanting to learn about various topics in health and wellness.

    Fascinating info
I listen to Dhru’s podcast more than my other health podcasts on my list. He is a great interviewer, asks pertinent questions, and doesn’t waste my time with butter up talk. His guests are knowledgeable and sincerely care. Many on other podcasts are obviously selling a new book or product. My passion is longevity. Dhru keeps me learning.

    Excellent podcast
Always informative, always useful. Dhru is also an impressively good interviewer—his questions are very well structured, to the point, and show that he studies the subject at hand in depth before each interview. This podcast never disappoints—I truly highly recommend it.

    Dhru has Heart!
When listening to Dhru, it is evident that he cares about others and strives hard to provide the most recent information to help improve our health. I’ve been following this podcast for at least two years now and I know my health has improved, because of the knowledge I have gained here.

Cardiologist Shares the Real Cause of Heart Attacks
I loved Dhru’s interview of Dr. Michael Tyman. As someone with elevated LDL cholesterol yet with great HDL, BP, triglycerides, I found this discussion very enlightening. It gave me a different perspective on cardiovascular health.

Dhru is a wealth of information while also entertaining you!
As a rule, Dhru has interesting guests on his show but what I like is that he is always really well prepared and knowledgeable about the subject, so that he can lead the interview and the podcast in the best possible way. I always walk away newly educated and also I find his style very personal, entertaining and engaging. He seems like a guy that I would want as my friend for his kind and sincere demeanor.

    I LOVE the Podcast
I listen to many health podcasts but the one I look forward to the most each week is Dhru. The podcasts are long format so guests really have a chance to explain their thinking on the various topics discussed. If I could only listen to one health podcast per week (and that would make me very sad because I love them) this is the one I’d gravitate towards. Try it; you’ll love it!
  • The Yoga Pad

The content is accessible to anyone who’s interested in learning how to live their best lives: whether it’s about mindset, supplements, or addictions, Dhru and his guests will empower you to think for yourself and make choices/decisions that work for you.

As someone deeply passionate about health and wellness, I've found Dhru's podcast to be a rich source of information that has greatly enriched my understanding of holistic well-being. One of the standout features of Dhru's podcast is its exploration of a wide range of topics related to health, from nutrition and fitness to mental well-being and holistic healing. Never miss an episode
Dhru has the best guests and info but couple things that make his show stand out. One: as odd as it sounds I like that he’s not a doctor, it brings an element of hunger for information without any attitude. And speaking of attitude, Dhru has a kind and inclusive platform that keep his guests in line even without them being aware. Keep it up.

    Fabulous research!! Cutting edge! Revolutionary!
This is one of several podcasts with D’Agostino and Dr. Seyfried! Dru does an amazing job of asking pertinent questions to bring out key points. This information is life changing…literally! The interviews are succinct and present current statistics and proven research! Most of the medical community (AMA and big pharma) is not open to hear or practice because hey have too much invested in non-curative bandaids!! Their for profit mentality does not allow for the healing concepts that are now available to us all! These big organizations control “the standard of care” to maintain their invested money making treatments!! All of humanity deserves freedom of choice in our individual care plans!! Everyone must be made aware of this foundational, dietary change to live happy healthy lives apart from the SAD!
