A great podcast, with lots of great information. Thank you Tom!!

This has to be one of the best podcasts I’ve heard in a while! Tom brings up so many great points on the challenges of moving to renewable energy that no one is talking about. While the interviewed didn’t have all the answers, at least the questions have been brought to light, at least for this audience. Thank you Tom for the depth of research, thought and discussion on this important topic, no matter which side one leans towards.

I respected his opinion until he claimed that depreciation can double one’s return. What about recapture?

I love this podcast. I first heard Tom on Adam Taggert’s Wealthion Show and liked his interview so much I now make Wealthability a regular listen. I find the show challenging many of my previously held (and wrong) assumptions about taxes and why understanding them should be first in our minds when thinking about how best to invest or manage a small business.

‘Our woke future’ is spot on. I am 36, old enough to have grown up with a landline and pre-internet, understanding the power of spending time alone and the virtue of patience regarding delayed results of required discipline. I am still in the millennial generation and I have been witnessing how the media is twisting values and young people are believing it. I believe the American Dream is attainable, but it will never be possible if I lower myself to a Socialist society. I’d rather die than give up and be given an equal part of the pie that I never earned on my own.

I guess this podcast was good when Trump was the president. Tom’s hate for the democrats and the current government poises the show. Nowadays it’s not about facts, it’s more about whatever the government does is bad for us and how to prevent them to reach their goal. I thought Tom is here with the facts but sadly this is just too much to hear every episode. The complaining, the continued whining and just the hate towards one person (Joe Biden) makes is this show so political it’s not something you wanna follow. But if you’re a Trump fan go ahead…

I had the privilege of meeting Tom in 2021. He is just as down to earth in person as he is in media. Highly recommend all is contents and I always look forward to a new show that promotes text savings, entrepreneurship and capitalism.

Wow. I have never heard so many wrong things, one after another, consecutively, in a row. As a Millennial, I can say emphatically that the episode “Our Woke Future” was completely off the mark. Where is the research and evidence? It doesn’t exist because the book is an opinion piece absurdly put into print and pushed as if it has merit. Tom, I came here for financial advice, not to have my generation berated without justification. If this is what you consider quality podcasting, I’m seriously reconsidering everything I’ve learned on your show. Two Boomers did an episode on Millennials. Next, are you going to have a doctor give tax advice? Wait a minute…🤔

There’s a good reason Kiyosaki uses his tax services

Overall this is a good podcast and has much better information than the mainstream media. The editing is a little sloppy as well as the ads. Great podcast to understand taxes & wealth for anyone looking to do more than move up in income as a w2 worker and invest in the stock market in retirement accounts.

This used to be a great podcast with a lot of content and I would say a normal mix of advertisements now it’s completely over the top in terms of advertisements at least 50% I understand the need to monetize to make money on the podcast but this is ridiculous

Great topics and conversations, but way too many advertisements that it interrupts up the interviews and becomes annoying.

Tom Wheelwright has changed the way I think about taxes and finances. He is passionate about helping people pay less tax and make more money.

A misleading, cherry-picking assault on nuance and impartiality. And that’s under the heavy layer of supply-side libertarian nonsense, once again cherry-picked in ways that steer well clear of a complicated reality.

Was looking for unbiased real estate tax advice. That is not what this is. It’s very obvious he’s Republican, pro-Trump. It’s unfortunate, because I did enjoy his book. But unsubscribing. Hopefully, he re-examines how he asks questions. They are very leading and very obvious that he’s trying to get the person being interviewed to agree with him.

Tom—could you discuss whether accounting firms should keep the PPP.? What framework, in terms of analyzing necessary to support operations. Great show provides real world advice!

This Podcast is so good that i changed from listening to music to listening to Tom every day its addicting!!!!

Basically how to pay little in taxes w real estate and deductions, including putting kids on payroll. Episode w Kiyosaki was especially devoid of substance except for both extolling RE only investing and decrying the suckers who invest in the stock market via 401k’s etc. Massive fluff and sales with meager useful advice, especially if you’re already an active RE as well as market investor.

This podcast is well needed for a society of misinformation.

Only one episode is showing up for me on apple podcast

I first came across Tom's materials when doing research on taxes for a novel I was writing. I wanted his wisdom for a character in a book, I wasn't expecting it to drastically change my own life as well. The difference in my tax burden is absolutely monumental, and it all came from understanding Tom's principles. Great podcast, can't recommend enough.

Tom Wheelwright takes a subject that would normally make my eyeballs roll to the back of my head and makes it very interesting and informative and even a little exciting to listen to on his podcast.

I’ve been studying tax strategy from Tom Wheelwright for a number of years and there is no brighter mind in the entire country. You must listen to this podcast if you want to increase your financial intelligence. I am so glad you started a podcast Tom, this is amazing.

Previously, I read Tom Wheelwright's book Tax Free Wealth and loved it and was excited for the podcast. However, it has been disappointing so far. Tom keeps calling Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) EFTs throughout the episode and also remarks that market returns tradiationally are around 3% which is inaccuate- they are 7%. Tom also states that 529 plans make %0.02 percent on average and significantly less than inflattation which is also inaccurate. Ironically, he uses Jack Bogle to make drive home his point about mutual funds and seems to look up to Mr Bogle and then he states that diversifying is a horrible idea whcih goes against the entire Bogle message.

Clearly you are excited about taxes. The concepts you are discussing are very interesting. But you are TALKING TOO FAST. There are parts you can hardly catch your breath. Please slow down so I can listen and understand the concepts.

Love your passion for helping people save taxes and share less with IRS! One nit: am I wrong or did the new tax law substantially eliminate meals and entertainment as a deduction? You talked about it for awhile, as if it were still 2017! Your insight on permanent versus deferred tax savings was powerful— thanks much!

Tom Wheelwright is passionate about changing people’s perspectives on wealth, taxes, and income. His book was a huge pivot for my family’s wealth building goals. I hang on his every word when he is on a guest on other podcasts because he always has a stroke of genius to share to help you build wealth or reframe an idea. Adding this to my repertoire of podcasts and you should too!!

This podcast is an excellent introduction to the world of creating wealth by using the tax law to our advantage. In it, Tom gives an overview of how we can make the government a good financial partner. It gives us a new perspective on the tax law, shedding light on how the government uses taxes to encourage its citizens to produce and to engage in other positive activities. Perhaps my biggest takeaway was that when we become investors, we reach the stage in our financial development at which our wealth can become tax-free. By learning to take advantage of the incentives that are purposely built into the tax law, we can develop a positive fiscal relationship with the government while contributing more to society and at the same time becoming more wealthy ourselves.

As an entrepreneur, business owner and investor I knew there was another way. It took 5 accounting firms over the years and significant costs to finally discover Tom and his team. He will radically educate you on how you view taxes and how you can implement a tax strategy and wealth strategy that has tremendous ROI. Tom's tax strategy is hands down one of my top 3 recommendations to anyone serious about building wealth!
