I enjoy her grounding and clear energy. The astro world can feel very airy sometimes, but her content feels different. I find it easy to receive her intuitive insights. Personally love the bg music, adds so much to the experience!

The episodes have a clarity and soberness that helps me connect deeply to myself and feel into my connection with the creative impulse of the conscious universe - without all the cheesiness and chattiness you find on other astrology podcasts. I personally LOVE the background music.

This podcast is my favorite one. Its calming. Lisa’s voice is healing. I like the astrology information. I like that there is a 10 minute meditation practice at the end of each episode. Theres 1 episode a week. I look forward to each one.

My awakening just started a few months ago. And after I decided to begin to study reiki, my guides are exposing to things as fast as I can handle them. In the last week I’ve been on the craziest cosmic roller coaster. I told my wife about one of my introductions to one of my guides and she looked a little disturbed. I was just telling my sister who does this stuff professionally, that I’m just going to slow down and listen to some vegan podcasts. Then I saw yours I felt a pull. So now I’ve had an introduction to the lovely Áine, a pleasant surprise. I think that my guides have other plans for me. Namaste

The speaker is very wise and informative but I find The music distracting and the pace of speech way too slow.

Her voice is so soothing, she paints a vidid picture of whatever she is talking about, and it really helps you meditate better. She is the perfect guide and she doesn’t make the experience about herself. Each episode she shares so much education on the cosmos, nature, history, and the metaphysical.
