But listening to Jared clears all that up and I’ve had so many “oh duh of course” moments listening to him! So thankful for the podcast and the social media stuff you put out man!!!!

itskenzie.hGo JaredI’m 17 and was pretty overweight a few years ago, i started researching on tik tok and came across Jared and began listening to his podcast. Since then I’ve lost 100lbs and feel much more confident in myself, every time somebody asks me how I did it I refer them to Jared because he explains it best. I’m extremely grateful because being young and easily influenced I could’ve gotten sucked into the diet culture and yo-yo dieting, but I’ve been maintaining for a year now and still listening to his podcast and it helps tremendously, thank you!

Fit For Life from CTYou can build a strong mindset with this podcastI love how Jared doesn’t talk about calories, macros, and exercise. Yes, they are all important and can’t be ignored, but if you don’t know the underlying thoughts you may be having that veer you off track then wonder what you’re doing wrong, you will quickly be able to identify them by listening to his podcast.

I have yet to find any coach that tackles the psychology and behavior side of fitness and nutrition like Jared does. He respectfully calls out your hardest obstacles. Every episode has a moment where I find myself speechless. He is, without a doubt, second to none. I have made changes I’ve wanted to make for 36 years because of his message. I have only scratched the surface. This is a podcast where you won’t want to miss any episodes. They are all gems!

LstachowskiGreat advice for real peopleSo, I found Jared’s podcast after he was interviewed by another fitness trainer I follow. I was impressed with his focus on the mental part of weight loss. After binging on his podcast I am seriously impressed with this guy. Where was he 40 years ago when My doctor was giving me pills and I was doing crazy amounts of cardio? Oh yeah, probably not born yet. But seriously, this is a great source of valuable information on weight loss and fitness.

After that I subscribed & listened every once in a while. Thennnn I started to listen more and more when I had nothing else to do and I fell in love. This man gives you no bs and is so real. He takes everything into account including BOTH mental and physical health which is not usually seen on many diet influencers. He is also funny & just overall entertaining to listen to. I love this podcast. Keep it up man.❤️

If I’m going to listen to weight-loss advice from a professional, then act professional. I was excited to find this podcast because of all the topics in the podcasts, but you lost a listener by going overboard with the swearing. I get it if you drop a bomb once in a while, but this was just way hard to listen to.

FINALLY, someone has created a program that everyone can connect to, no bs, no tricks, and all just “easy” and understandable. Now fat loss is not necessarily easy and that is acknowledged throughout these podcasts, but this is going to make it easi-“er”. I absolutely LOVE these podcasts. Great advice. Great encouragement. Comes from a very genuine (and often times funny) personal trainer. I have faith that this will work for me!!

MadalymirmeA+I NEVER review podcasts. But this is the most amazing podcast I’ve ever heard. I stumbled upon Jared on TikTok and loved his real advice. I watched all of his videos and then came to the podcast. This is literally the most helpful content I’ve ever heard. I’ve been trying to lose weight for like ever and not only did he motivate me to keep going toward my goals, he broke it down to make it more realistic so I don’t get discouraged after a one week “plateau”. Can not recommend this enough.

You can find great podcasts with similar information but without out all the swearing so you can listen even if little kids are close by.

Jared is exceedingly knowledgeable yet down-to-earth and to-the-point. He discusses not only food and exercise, but the emotional component of weight loss. He has a “tough love” approach but is equally encouraging and compassionate. Highly recommend this podcast!
