Randomly looking for a new podcast and stumbled upon these guys. Instantly started binging. Easy to get into and I look forward to catching up on all of the episodes. UPDATE: I binged them all, joined the Patreon and Discord and ordered my first merch. Safe to say I’m a fan! Rob is the master of alliteration and please cuss more.

The content is interesting but I’m personally put off by speakers whose favorite, and almost exclusive, adjective and adverb rhymes with “truckin’ “. Seriously. It’s pretty much the only adjective in one of the hosts’ vocabulary, and he finds ways of working it three or four times into some sentences. He also seems to favor the name of a man regarded as God incarnate by over a billion people to be his favorite expletive. This is too deep in the gutter to listen to.

Love the story telling by Rob and the hilarious side comments from Mark and Chris. Highly recommend this podcast to anyone interested in the paranormal.

This is such a great podcast I had to make up a new word to describe them! Great length and funny banter.

Maybe get a mute button for mark.. when he’s drunk and acting super childish.. it really ruins the momentum you’ve built up at times.. gets pretty cringe when he thinks he’s hilarious and it’s the alcohol..

Awesome show but sometimes their normie , standard Walmart American beliefs seep out….like how in one episode they said you ‘must be vigilant about the first amendment, just look at roe v wade (somehow restoring localized democracy and state rights is a threat to speech?). But earlier in the same episode they give weight to idea of hate speech so casually, as if it’s just accepted by everyone, and no wires seemed to cross. So redefining words and concepts to censor them is not a threat to the first amendment, but out of date abortion laws being changed is….idk if it were me , I’d stick exclusively with the spooky. Finding (I assume) out of shape Neoliberal man children to regurgitate the political and social line of the American Empire….that is easy to find. There’s a million Destiny and similar clones on twitch. Finding people who can keep their milquetoast opinions out of their subject matter they cover, now that is difficult to find. Even harder to find is someone with a revolutionary mindset who can keep their opinions out of their content, but that’s neither here nor there. Great show in general though.

I don't listen to it all the time but I always keep coming back to it. I love their rapport as a group and their rocknroll flavor. And bc they'll say a sentence like "There's a real problem in our reality right now with ****ing astral spiders." like it's a normal thing to say 😂 A+++

The topics are great, and the episodes are lengthy enough to get deep into subjects. The hosts have nice sounding voices. However, they talk over top of each other, which flat out ruins it, and the excessive cursing, howling, and maniacal laughing would keep me from sharing with anyone.

This show is pretty fun and entertaining. 2 of the hosts are weirdo cat people. Clearly never owned a dog. Also they push their left views… mostly the main host. Politics shouldn’t be in a podcast about cryptids. It’s so annoying to hear anything political when you are not listening to a podcast for that reason. Doesn’t matter if it’s left leaning or right leaning. If the podcast isn’t about politics why bring up your biased opinions? It’s the most boomer Facebook crap todo.

This is such an entertaining, funny and informative podcast about all things that go bump in the night! While I may not necessarily believe in the supernatural or cryptids, I’ve always loved them and the crazy creatures our species has created from fear, lack of understanding, poor eyesight, and folklore. I love hearing the stories along with these guys own interpretations with a good balance of skepticism. Bonus points for being the perfect background noise for when I’m drawing or creating art in general! You NEED to check this podcast out! Especially if you want something spooky for spooky season~~~

I just found this via a crossover episode with Our Strange Skies. I think they share a podcast network. The show is great. Rob Morphy is always very excited about what he’s covering. The other hosts are great too. Good audio quality. No bickering and no politics. Bravo boys. 👏

I tried to get into this podcast a couple of times. I think the topics are good, but these guys swear excessively. At first I thought they might drunk, but I think it’s just a lack of vocabulary to adequately express themselves. I have no problem with cussing if it provides value, but a couple of these fellows use it as a filler such as “like” or “umm”. If they edited all the f-bombs out, they would reduce each episode by 5-10 minutes.

One of my favorite pods to get me through the day. They are funny and passionate about what they do. The scariest thing about this pod is Chris’ immune system.

Just found this podcast about a month ago, and it’s pretty dang funny. From the stories to the banter between the guys. Definitely a fun one to listen to, although a lot of unnecessary F word, as if it’s part of their normal vocabulary. I still enjoy the podcast, keep up the great work.

Mark is the living embodiment of the band psychostick, Chris is a closeted stand up comedian, and Rob is your uncle who dressed up as Santa clause when you were a kid. The banter is great I also enjoy the obscure metal references and every cryptid may be the offspring of Glenn Danzig

Spectacular podcast. Great research into obscure reports of cryptids, aliens, and more. Rob is an excellent writer and the whole trio is insightful and hilarious. Love listening to these guys.

I found about this podcast from my favorite podcast MAU, but it quickly became my second favorite podcast Rob is like the ultimate lyrical emcee,Mark is the ultimate hype man, and Chris doesn’t say much but when he does is pure comedy gold!!! Between their chemistry and the obscure crypto cases it’s definitely one of my favorite podcasts to listen to !!!!!

I discovered this podcast by listening to Monsters Among Us! One of the only two podcast I support on Patreon( the other is AMU) also been there and have the Merch. These three keep me laughing. I could say so much about this group (FANGIRLING!!!) Keep it up guys y’all rock!

I’m not even that into cryptids or aliens. I’m not sure how it landed in my feed - but I gave it a listen this afternoon and haven’t turned it off. Sure, I believe these guys know what they’re talking about but more importantly, they make it funny.

Great stories, good production value. Rob seems to be the real talent here; I’ve given up a couple of times because Marc’s voice annoys me

Good start but I feel like they are stretching now on topics. And the comedy aspect like isn’t funny. Poor man’s last podcast in the left. Lose the comedy. Main story teller has a great voice. But yea dull down on the comedy aspect. I fast forward whoever the one “comedic” dude starts talking

Funny, witty and informative. I love the lesser know stories, especially the ones from Ohio. If you ever have a chance to dive into it. Check out Circleville Ohio and the swarms of people that used to (late 90’s) line the main road in lawn chairs looking for UFOs like they were waiting for a fireworks show!!

This podcast makes my work days that much more bearable. I’ve always been a fan of cryptids, the paranormal, and all things weird, and I love the strange “enigmatic entities” that they discuss. The hosts are authentic and incredibly funny and it feels like I’m listening to friends. My only complaint is that they often make me laugh out loud while I’m working. I’m slowly working my way up from the first episodes and always find it hilarious when I hear a bad review complaining about how they “talk over each other”, because I don’t even notice it - it seems like such a genuine conversation and that’s what I love. It’s utterly delightful and I’m a forever fan.

I love this podcast! These beer loving bearded bro’s are so entertaining and informative. I love their choices of content as well as the way they deliver it. However, the best of all is how obvious their friendship is.

Love the show! 1 quibble: for God’s sakes, learn to pronounce the word documentary correctly. Very disconcerting to hear it pronounced the way the hosts say it.

If you don’t listen do yourself a favor and start… every episode is amazing and hilarious. I always have to pause and backup because I’m laughing so hard I miss parts.

Only complaints are that it’s too funny and I didn’t discover it sooner.

This podcast is an absolute must! Great topics and the guys really dive into the subject and break it down. You guys rock!

I this is the best of many Fortean podcasts available. The hosts are certainly knowledgeable and sometimes quite humorous. May be a little too rough on the language, which might prevent younger listeners from listening in. Well worth your time, and choose a podcast about a subject you might be unfamiliar with.

I’ve been listening to Cryptonaut podcast for a long time and I never get tired of it! The guys are hilarious, the research is extensive, and the way stories are presented is masterful. Maybe it’s my ADHD but I love the frequent bunny-trails and inside jokes that pop up. Whenever I want to learn anything about the paranormal I turn to Cryptonaut.

As an alien myself, I enjoy the discussions they have and find it tremendously entertaining.
