CFreddoWow!!I really enjoyed hearing your thoughts about changing our mindset to focus on the positive rather than stewing in the negative. Most people think that’s it’s as easy as flipping a switch, but I really like the strategies you spoke of to take the actual steps!

I can tell because as someone who suffers from GAD I often need just to relate to someone else… your shows have really helped me to connect, to feel calm and not a lone sufferer. Kaitline7Great series to help with anxiety! After reading Chloe’s book I wanted more from her. I was so excited to find out she started doing weekly podcasts. I look forward to listening to her talk with other professionals in the field about the different areas that can affect anxiety issues. I like to start the day listening to the podcasts in the car and learn more about practical solutions I can apply in my own life. I hope there are more podcasts to come!
