    A must for arts administrators
Such a great episode and general overall podcast. CI gives well-rounded insight to all aspects of arts administration, not just marketing. I am a graduate student preparing to write my thesis for this field and I will be referring back to episodes for reflection and inspiration.

Absolutely necessary for all artistic leaders
Don’t be fooled by the awkward intro music (which sounds like perfect background for a herd of elephants comically making their way to a watering hole on a lazy afternoon). This podcast has inspired me, taught me, and motivated me to make myself and my organization better in unexpected ways.

    Best Podcast for Arts Marketers!
I have not found another podcast like this one. The conversations and topics directly relate to what we deal with as an arts organization and within our marketing team. I have found the content relatable, useful and if anything, it's nice to know we aren't the only ones going through what we do! :) I highly recommend this podcast for anyone in the arts industry.

    For arts admin geeks
I'm an arts administrator and I've found this podcast to be helpful and relevant to where we are in this industry today. In a small organization sometimes you feel isolated from the people who are doing your job somewhere else in the world, so it's great to hear these long-form interviews with experts and idea people who are making it happen. Thank you, Capacity Interactive!

Have listened to each episode, and totally look forward to hearing the next ones as they launch. I come away with a nugget or two of insights that make me think not only about how I market the arts, but also how I operate within my organization. Keep up the good work and I look forward to more!

    Worth the listen
Insightful conversations with field experts, with tips that even smaller arts organizations can implement (although don't we all dream of multi-year foundation funding?). Would love to see a future episode dedicated to how-to's for marketing controversial arts programming.

    Great Resource
Most arts marketers lack direct access to industry thought-leaders of this caliber, but this new podcast provides that kind of access through insightful conversations with those shaping our field. Each episode will provide new ideas and reenergize your own professional pursuits.

    Arts Start
It was great to hear Jill started in the marketing department. From someone who is still young and starting their career in the performing arts world, this resonated with me.

    Arts Marketers Must Listen
Kudos to Erik and the CI team for creating something meaningful and helpful to our field. As much as I loved the Ryan Gosling Arts Administrator blog (ha!), this will be much more useful as a professional development tool. Listened to two episodes so far and have gone from "I agree, I agree, I agree" to "What do you mean there are no upcoming leaders ready to take top jobs -Gen X is ready, trained and willing!?!" You know something's great when it elicits strong feelings. Adding this to my fave podcast list with How I Built This, Stuff You Should Know, and of course Wait, Wait, Ask Me Another and Splendid Table.

    Arts Marketing and Growth Mindset
These podcasts not only address the challenges and rewards of marketing in the nonprofit arts world, they offer an inside look into the office culture of this cutting edge company. Team Erik Gensler touch on the importance of "radical candor," intellectual curiosity, strategy vs. tactics, Myers-Briggs awareness, mindful unattachment, "lift and sparkle," just to hit the surface. Well worth your time.

    Simple Format, Great Content
I downloaded this podcast expecting to be a casual listener. I ended up stopping what I was doing to focus on the great interview about the arts industry. I would recommend this podcast to anyone working in a non-profit, not just the arts industry. The first episode with Jennifer Zaslow is particularily relevant for anyone who is feeling overworked or burned out, but feels the work is for a "greater good". This podcast is simple in format and technology, but rich in content. The interviews feel natural; you feel like you are sitting right there next to the arts influencer. This is a wonderful resource for institutions that may be limited in money; as I learned, a little can go a long way if you focus in on a few key areas in the arts industry. I look forward to more episodes!

    Finally
I love getting the chance to learn more about the ins and outs of arts administration. I don't feel that it's a subject covered nearly enough and I really appreciate CI taking the time to do so. Can't wait for more episodes!

Great resource on leadership & marketing
They say that nonprofit marketers have to be experts at making miracles happen with virtually no resources. Here at last is a great resource -- taking you inside management, leadership and creative challenges that we all face. Well produced, interesting guests, and wide-ranging conversations. I look forward to more episodes.
