trev_giulianiThe Love of God and His Grace in NYCWhatever you think nowadays, whether secular, religious, or agnostic, Calvary St. George’s stands apart as a bastion of the ancient Christian faith. In this faith there is a message of peace for everyone, an acknowledging of truth and pain, and a welcoming of those who do not have it all figured out. God is Love, and the Word of God’s Grace and Love continues to be preached at this wonderful and historic church to all who have ears to hear it. It has always brought and continues to bring me hope, and comfort, in times of unrest and challenging life situations. Their theology is on point, and their music is world-class. Run, don’t walk, to Calvary St. G whether in person or online! Bless, Trevor G.

BlessedToHearTruly Comfortable WordsSince Law and Gospel are properly distinguished here, the broken and weary are regularly reminded that the comforting words of the Gospel are also for those that already believe. In Christ the believer also has total forgiveness and acceptance because of what He has done. The Gospel and Christianity is not a system setting forth what we must do for God. Rather it is the blessed revelation of what Jesus has done for us. It is finished. We are eternally His. Thank you, Pastor Smith for your faithful preaching.
