    For young people
I really love the podcast it has great topics but one thing I would love is more videos on how to prepare to become a police officer and what to expect on the force for young people like myself.

    GUEST APPEARANCE
Jim … thank you for the invite and the conversation that was much needed in a topic (IA) that I believe is “untapped”

    Not an echo chamber
I know some disagree with views or perspectives discussed, but they are designed to stimulate the discussion and show perspectives. Hopefully, the listener can gain insight and depth rather than a one sided viewpoint on important topics.

Jim Dudley’s knowledge and perspective on the vast topics affecting policing is impressive. He always has an intriguing lineup of guests and compelling subject matter. I look forward to this podcast.

    Appreciate the podcast
I greatly appreciate the podcast, great topics but at times the left of center opinions come across too much for me. I understand the host is a San Francisco native and that is the perspective. Just my opinion. Thank you for the content.

Best ever podcast for civilians (and probably cops too)
Love this podcast and it’s warm, personable host Jim Dudley. Makes so many everyday topics interesting and relatable. Kind of guy you want to have a beer —or two—with.

    Excellent Police One content
Good stuff folks however we need to see more content on our national use of force failures. More on the need for grappling, frequent proficiency based training and pressure on state training commissions to reform their outdated policies failing us every night.

    Union rep?
Great podcast. Was this guest a union rep for just Lieutenants? Or for officers as well? Not one criticism of how the city or department is run. This was like an interview from a Department PIO - not a Union VP. Either she’s trying to get promoted or the liberal hellhole of SF has these officers brainwashed. Officers. Please be safe in SF.

The short format is perfect for my drive to and/or from work. Relevant information and objective perspective.

    Audio
Please stop putting each narrator on separate channel (L/R) Otherwise good commentary.

    Great info
This podcast encompasses many relevant topics that a rookie to admin can relate too.

    Liberal talking points...
As a long time listener and current LEO, I’ve had to unsubscribe (1/18). I can no longer take the hosts talking down on American citizens for wanting to defend themselves and own firearms. Additionally, they frequently use the liberal, mainstream talking points that are not generally based in facts. Plenty of other LEO podcasts with a more conservative hosts.

    Thank you! And a suggestion
Thank you police one for creating a police oriented podcast. It's so difficult to find a podcast that really talks about things I'm interested in. I would think a special on the academy/police physical fitness would be good for those people who are aspiring police officers. And I'd be interested in a profiling segment. All your stuff it's great so far keep up the good work! Thanks for doing this
