    Phenomenal
I stumbled upon Dwarven Moss while browsing TikTok and I am so glad I have. This is one of the greatest D&D sessions I've listen to and it as not only great but absolutely funny to listen to! To the guys who made this I hope you know how wonderful this is to listen to and makes me want to play a session with some friends one day. Thank you!

Exactly the production levels I want
I have thoroughly enjoyed this show. I love TTRPG podcasts that have music and sound fx to bring them to life, and they go the full nine yards with the production in this show. It's very immersive. Regarding the TTRPG aspect, the cast does a fantastic job, especially considering it's just three guys. Both players do excellent character voice acting and the DM weaves a solid story. There is great chemistry between everyone that makes you enjoy sitting in on their sessions, both in and out of character. I think I'm about halfway through Season 2 at the time of writing this review, and I fully intend to keep on trekking. This show is a lot of fun.

    Fantastic dnd podcast!
I’ve listened to many actual play podcasts and this has been one of my favorites. The perfect amount of drama and humor. I love the characters, these guys put a lot of effort into the production!

    Cinematic, character-driven
I’ve been listening to a lot of Curse of Strahd podcasts lately, and this one is fantastic. For me, Dwarven Moss brings just the right amount of humor and polish. I thought two players weren’t going to be enough, but Wendle and Boren have such great rapport with each other that they generate important scenes through their spontaneous interaction. They’re funny without trying too hard. The edited approach eliminates the awkward fumbling and micro-RP that plagues many other podcasts. The production value is very high, but ultimately it’s the characters that elevate the Dwarven Moss experience. Great job guys, please keep it up!

    Solid, Funny, High Quality!
I’m pretty particular about my D&D podcasts: NADDpod, Dames & Dragons, SneakAttack, etc.. If you like humor, mystery, and awesome character performances, this podcast is for you. I’ve never heard a campaign with only two players but I think that’s what makes it unique. They’re easy to grasp and fully believable. Sometimes it can be confusing with 5+ characters, and nothing but audio to differentiate. This podcast gives you a feeling of friends just having genuine fun and as if they’re inviting you to come and join.

It’s one of the best I’ve listens to
It’s recorded good no audio errors or anything and the music and sound effects make it amazing. The first episode is actually really good to listen to if you are trying to fall asleep but need some background noise because of the soothing voices and calm music. And if you aren’t trying to fall asleep the story is really good too

One of the best D&D podcasts I’ve come across
Very well done D&D podcast - better than any others I’ve come across. I’m currently running Curse of Strahd and wish I could be half as good as these guys.

    Fantastic Actual Play
I saw the trailer they put out on Reddit and I knew I had to come check it out. The editing and sound effects are top notch. This reminds me of the old school radio shows like gun smoke. If you want something new this is the podcast your looking for.

    Fantastic
It sounds great! And has a very audio drama feel, while still being a D&D game. And it features a 2 person party, which really allows time for character moments. Very well done. The ONLY downside is that it’s new and I’m already caught up!

Great RP, keep up the excellent work!
Full disclosure, I’m a sucker for Barovia and love D&D so I’m sure I’m a bit biased. However, the RP and finely tuned editing make this well worth your time. Great job Dwarven Moss, keep it up!!

Excellent Editing, Sound Design, and Engagement!
Just finished the first episode. The players and DM are engaged and play well off one another. The sound design is excellent, from the editing (thank-you for removing slower/less engaging sections!), to the sound effects and music, to the perfect balancing of everyone’s voices. Well done Dwarven Moss Podcast! Looking forward to many more episodes!
