lifelonglearner2020The hosts of this (and related podcasts) do not hold legitimate Doctoral degreesThere is no such thing as a "Veterinary Naturopath" or a "Certified Small Animal Nutritionist" in the veterinary medical profession. Listeners/pet owners should be aware that Dr. Kim Bloomer and Dr. Jeannie Thomason, are not real doctors, nor are they qualified to diagnose, treat, and prescribe medications (pets or people). They have dubious degrees from unaccredited distance-learning schools like Clayton College of Natural Health and Kingdom College of Natural Health. Typically, these diploma mills require no education beyond high school -- and the "curriculum" is about 1/8 of a traditional veterinary curriculum. Caveat audiens ("let the listener beware")

robintackVery informative and empoweringHaving recently found myself in the pet care industry and in the company of a canine companion, my research into pet behaviors, training techniques and care began. Being a fan of podcasts, I searched itunes and stumbled upon this podcast. There is a wealth of knowledge here and information that I truly needed in order to make informed decisions regarding the care of my pet companions and I will be ever grateful to Dr. Kim and Dr. Jeannie as well as their guests. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
