If you're going to critique, provide examples
lkw15: "Junk science?" Please explain. The Yale Rudd Center upholds the highest research standards. If you have an example of how their research is flawed, please describe it. I'm sure they'd appreciate an opportunity to correct mistakes they've made or address concerns you have. If not, a review such as yours is not helpful.

Brief Analysis of a Complex Topic
The intersection of the Western diet and the health problems it causes with the challenges being faced by those in agribusiness working to feed our expanding population is discussed. There is no way this complex topic can be fully addressed in a 45 min conversation. This is a terrific jumping-off point for those who are considering delving into any facet of this wicked problem. Highly recommended and thought-provoking.

    Terribly biased, and unscientific
Junk science sprinkled with a heavy dose of sensationalism. No thanks.
