When she’s actually talking about sports it’s a bearable show. But her show is much more akin to a talk show rather than a sports show. She might play sound bites of coaches saying some thing in a press conference every now and again. The rest of it’s just fluff, gossip, hourly “when we got married” stories. I wish there was around the clock sports shows on a sports radio channel. Also she just admitted on air that she supports the way police removed Tyreek hill from the car when they had no authority doing that. Yikes Looks like the big producers finally caught on that this was a lame show and cancelled it.

When I can’t sleep at night, this is my “go to” podcast. Amy is living my dream!! Keep up the good work. She is extremely insightful. Enjoy her personal stories too.

Even at these hours people responsible need be fired for continuing to allow this person to speak and say nothing. I feel terrible for the young lad who’s running the show and has to listen to this person say nothing at these hours when he could be in bed dreaming he’s working for Ben Malord who gives genuine takes and is very funny about sports.

I love how some of you guys immediately just throw on the Haterade this lady probably knows more sports in all of you guys combined who are flapping your Jibbs if you guys don’t like it, turn the dial or don’t subscribe to the podcast. What a concept don’t try to tear a person down, especially Amy. Don’t know if you realize she don’t care how disrespectful you guys are or can be she still gonna do her thing like she has been for years. I had found what I had believed to had been certain parts of certain broadcasts of this "After Hours with Amy Lawrence" (specifically certain forms of language) to had been vulgar, unnecessary, negative, and detrimental (especially after having had found certain of them I had found to had been informative, pleasant, and amusing).

I catch the tail end of the program in the mornings before the local station cuts in at 0530 which is disappointing because their morning show is not my jam...my least favorite actually. So I finally took to google, found and subscribed. Great variety & insight, nice rapport with producer...overall a great show. 👏🏽

Amy, aka ALaw, is smart, down to earth, and engaged with the sports. You, like I, will watch sports and find yourself craving to hear Amy’s analysis of the games you just saw. And, when you do hear Amy’s take you think to yourself, “Huh, she’s a straight shooter and I never thought of it like that.” THAT’S Amy Lawrence’s hook! You hear (well, maybe just I do) a ton of broadcasters both national and local - then you listen to Amy Lawrence’s take and think, “Oh they didn’t think of it all the way through like Amy did.” Now, that’s not to say you’ll always agree with her. But, with her caring of the game (that shows every episode), her thoughtful expert insight and OMG, that VOICE....you’ll be a loyal fan of Amy, as I have been. Bring it on Amy! Keep going! I'm listening on 106.7 The Fan in the DC market. You were new to me as of 2014, I listened as I fell asleep on weekends sometimes (2am geez). The hours were crazy. I was excited to see u get a daily though early morning show. I love talk radio, love your voice and the show's content and humor. I only get to hear about 1 hour. You need a full show podcast.
