Finally a podcast that helps inform and inspires your best Health
I love this podcast because it not only informs and presents health plans, guests and speakers share their experiences, through real world applications to making healthy changes in their own life. Often times when we fall ill we struggle to pull ourselves out of the harmful patterns or behaviors that landed us in ill health. I like this show because FINALLY, the right questions are asked and listeners can learn from others how to make significant changes and perspectives, and ease into going after our best health.

    Great show
This new show has tons to offer women. Love the story and the energy coming from the host. Her "why" she is doing this show is heartfelt and she has taken her own life and turned it around. I can't wait to hear what good info she had in store for us.
