Alana RTVulvodynia/vaginismus episodeI can’t find any podcasts dedicated to vulvodynia, so I listen to the single episodes that different women’s health podcasts put out. They all cover the same introductory information, but listening to them makes me feel less isolated. This one, for as far as I felt like listening, talked to people who don’t have chronic pain about the unusual and interesting problems caused by vulvodynia and vaginismus. It was not helpful.

LeisleighLove love love this podcast! This is one of the most informative and uplifting podcasts I've listened to. These ladies make health easy and positive - their key message is to love and look after your self which makes the changes they recommend all about long term lifestyle choices over the "you're not good enough as you are" messages that perpetuate so much mainstream health and exercise advice.

IanagnostouI love it!!!These female Australian doctors are really nice to listen to for health and wellness facts and tips. I like listening to them because they are educated REAL doctors and not random ppl on the internet feeding fake info. I love the different topics that they get into and I love their holistic approach. Living a healthful, organic, natural life is something I value very much. I feel like you can never learn enough about health and wellness to live your most healthy fulfilling life. I wish more American doctors took this holistic approach. I love listening to them every morning on my morning walks, I look forward to it before I go to bed. Thank you so much girls!!!
